Bloodshed needed this revamp. I really love the new segment during barts death the first section it reminds me of sonic.exes chase them then it goes to the first segment. AAS Timeline Recaps Part 6:
Story:
A week into the apocalypse, Marge, Maggie, Bart and Lisa are searching for Homer. During their search, Bart is found by an affected Sideshow Bob. After being arrested multiple times because of Bart, Sideshow Bob is out for blood, and attempts to kill Bart. Marge, Maggie and Lisa join Bart just under a minute later, but unfortunately, their efforts are useless.
Sideshow Bob grabs Bart and stabs him with his signature dagger, affecting him. Now that Bob's main target it down, Bob sets out to kill one of Bart's accomplices. Marge, in an attempt to save Maggie and Lisa, takes the hit, and is semi-affected. Marge is inevitably affected in exchange for Sideshow Bob, who is freed. Lisa is enraged at Sideshow Bob for killing Bart and Marge, and leaves with Maggie after a short argument with Bob to find supplies in an abandoned Krusty Burger.

i just realilized something, bob is not the one being controlled, BOB IS CONTROLLING THE DARKNESS, basically what i mean is that bob always seems to be consious when he is corrupted and seems to have most of the control

Wait, so if he's a survivor now, would it even MATTER if he gets corrupted again? Since, he is shown to either have slight immunity to the Darkness, or he can control his mind while he's corrupted. Supports my headcanon that corrupted characters have their own free will and sort of act like their normal selves in a way.
Bob was conscience during this. You can see a normal pupil well throughout the song and the way he acts is very evident that he's fully aware of what he's doing.
he might still feel bad about it. but he was conscience for the majority of the song.
He only fell regret for corrupting Marge

Something I don't think a lot of people realize is...just because he's conscience doesn't mean he's able to control his body. Cause you can see some parts where his pupil is gone, meaning the darkness took full control for a small amount of time.

He regrets getting both of them. That was shown in Lisa’s bereavement. He might not feel AS bad about Bart, but definitely Marge as he had no beef with her and he knows he took a mother from two children.

Why do i feel like Bob was able to break free from the darkness here *because* the darkness used him to kill Bart and corrupt Marge? Like, he was able to see the darkness using him to get Bart out of the way, which infuriated Bob because he wanted to kill Bart on his terms. So, that gave Bob the willpower to break free from the Darkness's grasp-
Edit: You can also see evidence of the darkness taking full control during the killing Bart scene, as Bobs left eye is now fully white instead of seeing his pupil, showing hes no longer consciousness during that part. Which could of ticked him off even more?
