I think Maryland has a 95% fully operational football team. RB = Hemby, McDonald and Ray TE = Wyatt and Howard WR= Prather, Felton, O Smith, Wisloski, Knotts and Avit. Defense seems solid and possibly top teir. BUT it's all about the QB position and we went in with 3 and came out with 4. Most disappointing was Edwards. Long played into the 3rd spot. Edge and Morris if they work on timing are a 1/2 step ahead for the QB1 spot. Watch out for Robert "Champ" Long
I think you meant Dylan Wade for TE. Wyatt is a LB. We have question a mark at QB but more than that we have big ??? on the OL. Will we be able to lean on our run game to help bring our QB along? Our run game hasn’t been consistent. (Personal gripe)I know the spread is what we run but it irks me when we are in 3rd and a yard situation and we line up in the shot gun and hand it off to a RB. What ever happened to handing it off to a fullback on a quick hitter and he simply fall forward for the first down? I trust we will be ok in the secondary. Locks has done a good job of fielding decent secondaries. I’m curious if the TEs will be a bigger part of our passing game along with a greater emphasis on the running game. Wyatt and Whetland are good. Hippolite and Gotay sometime fill the wrong gaps but at this point they are who they are. Wyatt and Whetland do the same sometimes and our out position allowing for big plays or worst case a TD. They got to do better for our defense to improve from last year. Most importantly our DL will have make further strides. Back to the QBs… Billy Edwards strike me as a CJ Brown type. Edge is a traditional drop back QB with limited mobility and not an instinctive runner. Edge didn’t seem sharp/accurate in this game. With our OL I don’t see Edge being a viable option at QB. If Morris isn’t a more accurate/polished passer than Edwards then Edwards will be our starter. If Edwards struggles then Morris will be the first option off the bench.

Couldn't get a read on the OL
