PSO2 NGS Error 630 FIX (Immediate disconnect bug) *ADDITIONAL FIX IN DESCRIPTION*

Had the same issue all day today...until now. It's a glamour issue. The last thing I remember doing was messing with my glamour. After that, I couldn't log into NGS. (I could log into PSO2 just fine however)
the solution was to unequip ALL glamour and relog. Game's back up and running now. i was going to comment here right before i figured out the fix.
I specifically had glamour on that could not be transferred to NGS. When I found that out, I switched to another glamour that was transferrable. Still couldn't log in.
ADDITIONAL FIX: Check your PSO2 Storage while in NGS to find your costumes from PSO2. You can equip it from there to avoid the issue altogether. Moral of the story: don't equip fashion in PSO2. Hopefully Sega fixes this soon.
No friking way, your method worked. I had this issue but the other way around where i can't enter pso2 but it works fine with ngs. You're a life savior man :D
I’m glad to have helped man. It happened to me that night and I was up all night at work trying to fix the issue. I redownloaded it, switched from MS Store to steam, everything I could think of.
Man! Appearance equipped (Raven Selica). Error 630 all time. Unequiped and vanished error. Thank you very much!

This bug also affects the weapon camos. I had the same issues as you. Can log in with every other character into NGS but my main, I can log into base PSO2 with my main but when I try to log into NGS I get the error code 630. I tried the clothing fix and it didn't work. The only thing I can think of is that my weapon camos from base PSO2 are affected as well, and you can't access your weapons or weapon camos that you have equipped in NGS from Base PSO2 so there isn't a fix for it. So pretty much since update it has slowly been affecting things transferred from base PSO2 to NGS.
Yeah it’s best to put the weapon camos in your storage and equip them in NGS.
@@GCPlugs I had them equipped in NGS. then maintence hit and bam like everyone I was getting that error. You can't access your weapons or the weapon camo that you have equipped in NGS from base PSO2 so untill they fix the issue I can't play main and it suuuuks. Trying to get a idea on how many other people had the same issue but the fix of removing costume and outwear didn't work and seeing if they had a weapon camo on. If they did then it means the bug is bigger then just some clothes but spreads to other items being used in NGS and that would take a big fix.

Alright i just fixed my problem!
.
1. I took off everything i had on my character. (it was functionning half way working then not working)
2. I put my resolution on low and boom! It works perfectly fine!
i even cant do character select, the notif pop up after i choose ship, how can i unequip my glamour :((

@@GCPlugs I've lost track of time, so I have no idea how long it's been since the game came out, but it's been happening to me since day 1. This issue only happened to me after NGS came out. As for details:
Here's what I know so far.
Logging in is fine, authenticating ID is fine, but as soon as I try to enter the game( NGS specifically) with a character (regardless of what cosmetics are on them) The game starts its loading screen, then it freezes. As soon as it stops freezing, I enter the game, and I get the 630 error.
I've used the resource monitor to see what's happening with the connection while it freezes, and it shows that my data being sent to the server drops to 0 and at some point after that the game unfreezes and I get my 630 message. That's all I know since I don't have extensive knowledge about TCP connections and networks. Also, my issue doesn't appear to be firewall-related since I've checked all of those and it's working fine.
Also: when NGS came out, I also got the error whenever I wanted to log into base PSO2 as well. but since the new maintenance, it looks like I can enter PSO2 fine

The Irony for me is the Cloth fix works but only if I put my Graphics on Ultra Low as well otherwise my Notebook would be explode trying to load in the entire Game

What was your solution? For Language Settings, I changed Voice and Text to English and the 3rd option to Japanese. And this was on Xbox One. After doing that and playing for 2 or 3 hours, there's been no Error 630 on PSO2 and PSO2 NGS.
I think they fixed it now. I’m unsure

I am getting the same issue but the problem is i cannot even get past the character creation and it sends me the error 603 which seriously frustrates me so what should i even do?

My friend just got the same. It’s because of the Xbox maintenance. Switch to the steam version or wait fir maint to end to fix that
