I love how insanely random Robbe's thumbnails are, I am legit excited just to see what's next lol, we've gone from anime girls to bullseyes to what I think is a reference to Red vs Blue, little aliens and just indescribably weird shit, to a T-rex now. I love it.
Absolute monster you are. Your aim is so good but I also try to learn from your movement. Often I get in a shootout with some bunnyhopping or sliding, but you force to pace out the battles by positioning. Very interesting. And you can see the one moment you didn't do this (when you pushed the two whites by yourself) it almost costed your life.
Well, where I pushed those two guys, I had already done massive damage (77 to one, 39 to the other). It was clear very quickly that they were there to rumble and go all-in on the massive come-up. So the best counter to that is to put them in the ground before they get any ideas. It was a combination of multiple things that got me in a terrible position and almost costed my life, but mainly unluckely almost no Brute bullets connected even though he had nowhere to go and most importantly, the game desynced my player position in front of the guy sprinting away causing me to sprint away with him. It was the very first time that happened to me in The Cycle.
@@rolledbyrobbe Aah interessant. I understand why you pushed, Hammer on white indeed is damage to push. It's hard to see though thru youtube to get a sense of the dynamics. For me it looked they were running around the corner after you hit them, so I thought why take the risk of chasing when you just had all that loot. Also I couldn't see the desyncing, I thought it was just a really messy gunfight. Should have known that wasn't your choice :p Keep up the content, love it!
@@gijsvandergracht8000 Oh yeah, on top of that; this is in Quarry. Literally a hotspot for anyone who wants to full send it in a fight, so I had no time to play passively/defensively. I had to wipe 'em out fast. I tried to leave some parts in at the very end but you can hear as I'm leaving Quarry, you hear people shooting in Outpost and actually already people entering Quarry from the other side. Time is always of an essence in Tharis Island. (and that will be shown even more than ever in the upcoming two videos)
1) Front and back is often the same in many games. I always rotate when I hear something to pinpoint the direction better. For up or down, I don't know what to say, might depend on your headphones. 2) That's a bit too generic to give advice for.
if you have sounds in both of your ears, they're either in front of your or behind you, usually if it hits both of your ears it'll be in front, and if they're behind you'll usually hear them more to one side, unless they're directly behind you, it'll sound like they're infront of you, which I'm sure you can piece together if it sounds like they're in front but there's no one there, they're behind. Like Robbe said, panning your camera left/right to really triangulate the exact spot of the sound is almost always the best way to do it. You could try messing with your Nvidia settings (right-click desktop > nvidia control panel > adjust desktop colour settings) to see people better, but most people hide in places you're not going to be able to shoot them until they can shoot you.

what skin is that on your hammer at 3:50?
It's called Slayer Hammer. You can see all Hammer skins on the wiki page: thecyclefrontier.wiki/wiki/Hammer
any pvp tips?
Don't die
your channel is exploding!
The gun needs a nerf tbh
Hell no. Assault rifles are meta. Those need nerfing.
