the nitro truck race happy to see this again i was sure it was over
Nice to see Maifield ice that track. He stayed frosty the entire race, and that's what separates the pros from the regular joes...

How do the lap times compare between nitro and electric of the same scale?
For this event, Nitro buggy best lap was 29.5, electric buggy was 28.5, Nitro truggy was by far the fastest class with a 28.059 by Maifield and 28.084 by Ongaro.
they should allow the truggy to run .25 engines
do they not? I ran one at DNC 2 years ago
You can run a .25, but they are more thirsty that .21.
Maifield looked Dialed, like Ice Man. I havent seen him dominate like that in a while, glat to see he is settled in at Mugen, I wish Drake was more competitive, I have been a fan of his since I was a kid. Unfortunately 8th scale Tracks are few and far between up here in WA, there are a few electric offroad tracks left TRCR, Covington RC Shop, but I want to run Nitro no E words.
Why do you always focus on Tessman, he was in 3rd most of the race, show the leader 21m left and there is another truck 3sec behined and your watching Tessman. 75% of this race was watching Tessman. I want to see the more of the leader, especially when there is a truck within passing distance.
I'm in Vancouver WA. You should get a 1/10 scale buggy and race at PDX RC Underground. Indoor carpet track in Portland
@@motodude4014 I have never heard of that track, I will have to check it out. I am considering juat building my own Nirto track, I have a good bit of property, definatley enough for a decent sized traxk
New2Kendo I was having that same problem when I lived up there in Marysville. I’m now down in Southern California and things are much easier to find out here. 👍🏻
@@New2Kendo Theres really no nitro racing? probably needs a roof for people to commit like Thornhill or something with all the rain
True or not, he didn’t need to call baruffolo and idiot. I know how it is being in the moment, but I grew out of that when I was a teenager. Also, I’m not a professional.
Baruffolo should've been more professional out on the track, he looked nervous out there.
