In this companion video to the "Introduction to muscle ultrasound for neuromuscular disease", dr. Nens van Alfen provides examples for how muscle ultrasound can currently be used to asses muscle disorders such as Duchenne muscular dystrophy (#DMD) and facioscapulohumeral dystrophy (#FSHD) and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (#ALS).
The video show some case examples and provides evidence from the literature on the value of muscle ultrasonography.
