I need to return the compliment--that's the best blog I've read on a Nahanni trip!

Jorgen, I remember you well and the amazing four-day bushwhack you made to get to the Moose Ponds. That was epic. Great to hear from you and that you liked the video. Fun to relive that trip!

Mark, probably the best videos I have seen from the Nahanni. Captures the feeling very well. I passed that way same time as you guys did and we met up a couple of times. I was the lone guy in the packraft.

BoatBuster, thanks for your comments on both parts! This definitely is one of those top ten canoe trips to do in a lifetime. It's great so much of the area is being protected, but of course much more could be done and many more places deserve similar protection.

Very nice. I used to chop wood for Gus and Mary Kraus. Also, we knew Sue and Ed Lindberg. That is beautiful country.

Great video must do trip...please read my comment on Part 1.
This is a well made video of a trip at a UN World (and Canadian) Heritage Site
It truly is a wild and scenic river.
If you are an enthusiastic canoe tripper The South Nahanni has to be on your list.
    Thanks for the memories.

I do not know about epic, it's just a matter of putting one foot in front of the other for as long as it takes. But I certainly could have used your whitewater skills. The Rock Gardens literally dampened my spirits quite a bit. You can read about it on my blogg fjaderlatt.se if you search for Nahanni
