Room CFM calculation?
ACP:- Air change per hour?
Cubic Feet per minute is a measurement of flow e,g in case of blower or fan , it indicates how much air it can move per minute.
Air Change Per hour is a measure of air volume added to or removed from a space in 1 hour.

what about the duct length ? the calculated CFM should be modified according the duct length, size and the distance where the exhaust fan will be located!
how can i calculate all these variables to get the correct the CFM ?
Very nice 👍
Great
Pehle aapne acph 2 suppose kiya isiliye 36 cfm aya , phir apne 36 cfm k hisab se acph 2 bataya . Lekin ye bataona pehle 2 kaha se aya ?????
Bhai reply nhi diya ??? Sahi bolra bhai kya chutiya kaat rha h yrr
Air changes per hour means 1 hour me room ki sari air change ho jayegi,
is case me agar 36 cubic feet ek minute me fresh air lete hain to 1 hour me room ki air 2 bar change ho jayegi
Bilkul yahi to masla hai 2 kaha se liya pehle!
Dumb teacher
if i have two fans of 72.8 CFM and i will stack them on top of each other will i get 144 CFM?
Sir HVAC draftsman ki liyi heat load calculation ana jarruri hai for gulf
Srry sir,
Area of ractangle= length*breadth
Not 2(length+breadth)
Sir me kitchen ka exhust system lagaata hu to means hood and duct also to gas burner ki range ka cfm kese nikalenge plzzz reply me sir
Brother we need 100 CFM for every 12" of stove width.
Example a 30" stove (burner) (2.5') x 100 CFM= Approx. 250 CFM needed
Room size is also important.
A range hood should exchange the air in the kitchen 15 x per hour.
Example. If your kitchen is 12' x 15' and 10' high, then1,800 cubic feet.
Size of fan needed would be:
1,800 x 15 = 27,000 divided by 60 = 450. You need 450 CFM minimum for this size of kitchen.
Sorry bro totally confused how u get 2 and then cfm its mean we have know frist how much air change per hour after that we can get cfm and for knowing air change we need cfm whata this?
the number 2 that he is talking about is the vents. If you have a supply vent (air coming into the room from the system) and return vent (air returning to the system) that's why he has two. if you only had 1 vent (most typical on a bedroom) then it's only one. Hope this helps
L15 x w15 x H 12 is room ka cfm nahi malum aur acph kitna hoga kaise pata karege ?
384 sq. Ft ka CFM kitna hoga
CFM= ( Area x ceiling height x ACH)/60
=(384x8x2)/60
=102 cfm
