    Don’t buy homes in this area they’re all falling off cliffs which is why they’re all selling them

      When you buy any house the expecter usually comes , basically exam the house and property for buyer to make sure before purchasing, or buyer get one, And that clift looks like away from the ocean, and in California don't rain that much to worry about that, another hand is alots of ways to secure that cliff from the bottom and the money would NOT gonna any issue if somebody spend Mulitable of millions for that house on cliff

July, 2023, the ground shifted more than 40 feet on Peartree Lane on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, at least a dozen homes were destroyed or heavily damaged. A study conducted by experts found: “The primary factor that caused the “Peartree Lane Slope Failure” was the unusually heavy rainfall that occurred during the winter of 2022-2023.”
