- Hey look I'm still alive lmao. In celebration of the first official season of the Arena of Solare, here's a collection of clips since the reboot! Thanks to all the sparring opponents I've had. It's been fun adapting to the changes and continuing to improve my skill on Succ Lahn (y'know, since my gear won't improve...) Hope y'all enjoy the video! Holy crap this is some insane succ lahn footage. How hard is is to learn the mouse movement you are using in this video? Seeing lahn fly in a circle in one place is pretty incredible.
I think mouse movement is not as complicated as people make it out to be, especially with a skill like nimbus stride that lasts for a long time. I think with just a couple hours of dedicated practice, people can get it down. Just start simple by getting used to the mechanics, like what buttons you can press while in mouse move or how one-click vs. holding it down feels different. Then once you get used to going in and out of it, then start trying to fly. Using it in practice will take a little bit to get used to, especially if you want to get really good at transitioning between Spring Breezes and Nimbus Strides.
TL;DR: It’ll take some effort, but not as long as the general player base thinks.

@@Shiakari I've always wondered how down smash percentage worked. With my luck, it works literally as rare as it is to get a Garmoth Heart drop. Does Down smash share a certain resistance with other resistances such as knockdown or bound? Because when a player runs Blurr Artifacts, my down smash seems to work almost always due to all resistance being - 80%. I've been trying to find a decent down smash for my Succ Lahn for ages and the rabam skills are near useless for down smash since it loses me DPS and doesn't work 99% of the times..
@@boneylockz3967 Down smash is a 30% chance to proc and does not get affected by resistances. You can also only proc it while your target is lying on the ground, so it won't work when they're rolling to get up from a knockdown for example.
The only decent down smash succ lahn has is Absolute: Pendulum Kick II. The trick is to lock it and use it from the hotbar while holding down lmb to cancel the ending animation. If you get the timing right for your attack speed, you can get a few chances in after a knockdown and canceled damage skill like shown in the video. Pressing the skill from the hotbar before the animation for the first kick has fully been cancelled will lead to a null input, so the timing really is important if you want multiple chances. You can also cancel out of it with Phantom Dance just like a normal Pendulum Kick. Also, it does surprising damage sometimes because it actually doesn't have any pvp damage reduction.
The other down smashes aren't as quick or consistent and you can't spam them, but they do offer protection whereas PK2 doesn't. Hope this helps!

Thanks :D. And I believe that’s the Oblivion outfit from the Eternal Winter expansion that they had for a limited time. It was offered for all classes at the time

Can this build work on console also? Without lighstones, labresca and vells heart ?
It is probably not optimal on console. It really isn’t even optimal for damage/survivability on PC. I just run this build because I hate resists with a passion lol
Hey, Is succ lahn good duelist? Can you hold your own against Ninjas and other top duel classes?
I would say Succ Lahn is a mid-tier duelist. You can hold your own against most classes, but there are some matchups that can seem impossible. At the high level I don't think she would be on even footing against duelists, but the outplay potential is still there.
@@Shiakari I wanted to try her because I love flying, I'm 670GS and people tell me don't she has no grab and dies in one shot, and i'm confused as hell. Between what I'd like to play, and what PA makes flavor of the month.
@@rina-art1727 I’m at the same GS, so I can tell you that against truly geared players you will really struggle especially since you haven’t been playing her. A lot of dueling with succ lahn is knowledge of enemy’s openings and catches, so the early stages will be quite difficult and you won’t find too much success in a lot of other pvp content unless fighting equal or lower geared players. FOTM will always give you better results, but I play Succ Lahn simply because I like her playstyle the most in the game. Also, flying is hella cool haha.
do you have any guide on pve for succ lahn?
No, but you can watch other grind videos by others such as Limex or Gorgonnus to see what combos, buffs, and pulls that succ can do in various spots.

Well that depends on gear tbh. If you have higher gear to deal damage or at least trade damage with, then she's fairly simple to pick up and relatively low apm. If you're behind the curve, then you need a lot more experience rotating protections and having good resource management between, stamina, guard gauge, and health. You can still perform decently if you're able to catch opponents off guard, but that's hard in a game where there's so many protections. You have to get a little crafty

@@tchevensky7802 XD well as with all classes you'd probably struggle against the hardcore players, but you can still do alright against similar geared players. The biggest problem you'll find is the lack of a grab button as a win condition.
@@Shiakari in my server there is a lot of new players, indeed experienced players its not the kind i want to face.. but beginners just like me. I used to play hashashin 2 years ago, and did decent 1v1 in low grind spots like hystria and akaman in that time, returning to the game now from scratch and maining the suc lahn (i like the movements better), but i know as a awakening you have a ranged grab as advantage. Just wondering how hard its to prolong her downed combos, also, maintain the superarmor and frontal guards. I feel like she has way more superarmor skills than awakening after reboot

how did you use the skill so fast to extend the combo in 2:26?
You can press RMB at the end of Cymbidium (S+F) to activate a one-hit version of Wind Orchid, which is a FG-KD.

but when i use rmb at the end of s+f it activates the blade dance.
@@yurif.5515 You've either locked Wind Orchid, or you're not using Cymbidium (s+f) all the way to the end. Cymbidium has two slashes at the end, not just one, so you need to hold s+f until the full animation is done.
