The best mental health advice I've received recently was to rethink my life. Am I heading the direction I want to live? Am I becoming the person I want to become? Why am I so burned out? What should I do to make my days better? What should I not do to live better? The day I was able to process and answer these questions, is the same day I started having peace of mind. It's not easy at first. It's a constant struggle. But eventually, the burden lightened.
So glad for content like this. My longing for an Ate heart is so touched when Cat said to Joyce "I want them (two younger sisters) to see me as this strong person that they always can run to. And same with you also in the future." ♥️♥️♥️ So happy for you Joyce! You deserve all the love and blessings! 🥰 You and your sister in laws are not just equally beautiful, but are also equally talented and smart. One good mental health advice that I haverecently received is to try "learning the art of deadma" and to not be too sensitive about other peoples opinion. ♥️💖💕
Since I started watching #adultingwithJoycePring, I have always reminded myself of what my purpose is or what my "why" is. It really helps me refocus and adjust my perspective in life when I know what my purpose for doing things. And even when there's too much things going on in my life, I know I can through it because I know what my why is. Thank you Joyce and Cat for an insightful vlog!! ❤️ Ps: You two make perfect sisters!! ❤️
I think this is not the best but i heard mental health advice recently from my boyfriend & close friend are, "is not forever", "you overcome so many things so that is easy now for you". Thank you ms, cat & ms joyce.
One of the best mental advice for me is to take things slowly on my own phase. That I shouldn't compare my progress to other people who are ahead of me. Because each of us is unique and that slow progress is still progress.
After quarantine, my workload was way too much. But despite the busy schedule, that even on weekends I went to the office to finish my reports, I was still motivated to work. I always thought that I am very lucky to be employed at the moment because thousands loss their job. I was unstoppable. Working from 6 am to 9 M to F felt fulfilling and exciting at the same time. However, October came and I realized that I needed a break from work. I finally able to take things slow and spend more time with my family and watch my fave youtubers. That sums up my 2020. Thank God that I was able to get through it with the help of my family. I am lucky to have the best support system that I can talk to every night. Because my mom and sister are working we always share and discuss of the happenings in our workplaces. It was my stress releiver. Sorry of my bad grammar. I just wanted to share my experience this pandemic. 😄 God bless every one especially to all the front liners! 🙏😊
I am 29 years old and I do a lot of things. This content is very commendable specially me who lives away from the city and I do a lot of stuff. Thank you for this

"Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world. 1 Peter 5:9" A friend of mine responded to my "litaryos" and she forwarded this verse. Our path maybe bumpy but always remember that isolation is not the solution. For some people, i know its hard to open up and share what's on their mind but also help yourself, have faith, believe that mourning can turn into dancing. Surround yourself with people that can help you and stand with you in prayers. And let's encourage one another. #StopTheStigma

Best mental health advice I’ve gotten: always get a workout in. Helps me re-focus, as well as giving me something to be proud of that day.
