Serve up these easy pork belly baos

  • Pork belly bao with coleslaw & sriracha
    Serves 4 | Prep 5 mins | Cooking 30 mins
    Ingredients:
    500g Coles Made Easy Slow Cooked Honey BBQ Pork Belly Bites
    560g pkt bao buns
    520g pkt Coles Kitchen Family Coleslaw Salad Kit
    1 continental cucumber, cut int baton
    1 tbs sriracha or chilli sauce
    Method:
    Preheat a covered barbecue on medium. Place pork and sauce on a baking tray and cover with foil. Cook in a covered barbecue using indirect heat for 15 mins. Remove foil and cook for further 15 mins or until heated through.
    Meanwhile, steam buns following packet directions. Prepare salad kit in a bowl following packet directions.
    Divide slaw mixture among buns. Top with cucumber and pork. Drizzle with sriracha or chilli to serve.
