Wow fantastic effort those last 2 stages looked brutal ! Why didn’t you use walking poles ? I use them on all my ultras especially on that kind of ground !
But still massive effort by all of you 👏👏👏

I did the Lyke Wake Walk in the early 70's, it's a killer especially as I have flat feet!
