I disagree with the value of the Rally, which in Europe is 4500 euros more. For that difference you could get the standard model with Ohlins upgrade front and rear, plus Bart factory or Haan wheels front and rear (better than the Rally wheels), and you have all the mods, plus a spare set of wheels for the road, and with change leftover for a better skidplate and front fender mod.
@@thatbikersimon Thank you. I guess the Rally seat that your bike had didn't help as it is slightly higher than the standard one. I had a test ride last year on the standard DDX (which I like more anyway) and with the regular seat at 5'7" I didn't feel too in control, the dealer didn't have a lower seat to try but I have heard it is only 1cm lower so not much difference...
@@vincedemarzio9167 they do a lower seat on the rally it’s like a split seat, I sat on it it’s makes no difference. The standard desert X was better 40mm lower but still a tall bike. It didn’t feel to bad once I learned to ride the bike properly. I’m not sure I’ll like to ride it fully loaded with luggage thought
@@thatbikersimon Yep! My point exactly. Also wouldn't find it easy through London traffic when you have to put your foot down at a moment notice. Gorgeous looking bike tho!

Wow I didn’t know that. That’s really expensive. 👍
Great bikes, great learning, great meadows of wales 🔥
Yes they are! One amazing place
To see this kind of terrain in India we need to hike in Himalayas for 15 kms at 3500+ meters. (Bedni Bugyal)
THIS IS NEXT LEVEL VIDEO!!!! Thumbs up.
Thanks
always fun to watch😃 😃
Glad you think so!
The stock DX has KYB suspension too. The Rally has the upper spec stuff
Yes I didn’t realise that until I finished the ride. Both bikes were excellent for my level of rinding.
love the effort you put in making your videos
I appreciate that!
only love and support from Germany

Cheers I think it’s more enjoyable than on the road. You should give it a go 👍
Wheelie control is turned off by default in Enduro mode too
Cool that makes sense 👍
Just watched both videos. Looks like great fun!
Out of curiosity how tall are you and how did you find the seat height of the bikes?
Good question! 5,9 but it’s wasn’t a major issue, but a lower seat would help

Looks fun! Was accommodation included? 💒
Amazing fun, definitely a learning experience. Local accommodation is excellent but not included
I could never do something like that
Its easy going on level one
It’s sunny in wales 🏴 🙄
We’re the only ones that wanted a bit of rain and it turned out to be pretty dry
Ducati Marketing Camp.
It’s the same one as the sweet lamb KTM. It’s a great weekend, there not any other place you can do this using their bikes
