    Furoshiki is more environmentally friendly…it is the art of using material instead of paper….you can use the material over and over…you can use ribbon, string, or cord to use for bows and ties…the Japanese even use Furoshiki for a shopping bag if it is tied the correct way…even a large silk scarf is just as suitable..🇦🇺🇦🇺

    I don’t wrap any more, gift bag that gets re used for a few years. Tissue on the top of the bag hides what inside.
