Basu Chatterjee makes film by keeping every small thing of common man's life in mind. That's the reason all of his movies are very heart touching. Mithun Chakraborty's performance is so natural and superb. I would like to watch this movie many more.

Shaukeen is such a wonderful movie that you can watch it any number of times ! All big actors played their role very well ! A K hangal looked good ! Utpal Dutt Amazing miser ! Ashok KUmar can fit in any role any time :) I liked also the new Shaukeen and it really paid tribute to this one :) At that time they made such a movie which i would cab ne simialar to Dil Chahta hai of Oldies ? Hahaha Ya Zindagni na Milegi Dobara
