Is there some question you wanted to ask regarding your plot? It is not clear from your comment.
SE facing front of 23' means from right 5' to be left, next 5' are available for entrance but this will not be enough for entry of car.
Can a portion from first two 'pad' be taken to make enough space for car entry ?

And after that garden and than main door is south east position (6 and 7 pad).

Your house entrance N4 N5 is in a positive direction as per Vastu Shastra.
Also Gaumukhi plot is consider good for residential purposes. East facing plot is also considered as positive.

I am going to purchase a house in a flat system...
1)Flat entrance is @ North Facing.. (as this house comes in flat system there is no open space in front it has another apartment)
2)Also it has 2 big windows 1 is Living room & 1 is to Common bed room. And a Balcony to master bedroom...
