    For C. diff treatment, I believe it is the oral form of vancomycin that treats it. Great Video. Thank you Sir.

    33:30: Question No. 27: The answer should be C, as oral vancomycin is the drug of choice for C. difficile, not IV vancomycin. Vancomycin can cause sensorineural hearing loss. Overall, great review!

    Doubt: At 31:48, isn't Red Man syndrome due to histamine release rather than prostaglandin release?

      both increase permiability and vasodilation in the capillary vessel.i think it is histamine because tx is antihistamine of this isuue
