Hi are you talking about versant test? Some time versant test is also not cleared if one moves a lot in front of camera you have to stay still while giving the test. Versant results come within 7-20 days so hope for the best
You can leave amazon but notice period must be served. Otherwise you will not need to pay to be honest that manager only say to keep us disciplined but you might not get experience letter and other paperwork so it's imp you serve the notice period dear

Watch any English movie, intially watch it with subtitles then when you get a hang of it try to catch without subtitles. Soon you will be able to catch accent easily. This trick was told to our team by our Amazon's training manager. You can try. Hope this helps😇

Csa amazon permanent bhi hota h aur contract basis pe bhi hota h. Permanent employee k salary above 30k hoti h and contract walo ki 17-20 k and koi select contract pe hoga ya permanent hoga ye assessment k marks pe depend krta h. So all the best dear.
