Great mods Paul. I like it. Sure could have used that this past Saturday but not to worry, the shovel worked and the snow today is just about gone. That's one of the reasons I wanted to move down here. Snow lasts about 2 weeks at the most. Have a great week and God Bless! Levi~~
That 28" Honda track blower is roughly $2,900 around my area. The setup would be around $120 as done by Honda trained technician(s). If you go to Home Depot the guy assembling your snowblower also assembles other stuff and is not a Honda trained tech. Most of the Honda's that come back for repairs are NOT setup correctly resulting in breakdowns. Make SURE that whoever sets up your blower is more like a technician rather than someone who puts patio furniture together for display.
I think Paul know what he's doing. But if I send my garden tools to service I will find a shop that have just garden stuff. Sorry my bad English. But Paul have great ideas and cool mods.
Just clicked on your link for the clock & thermometer. I would like one for my UTV. But sadly, their site said they are shutting down that line because of stiff competition from China. Those were a sharp looking addition. They didn't look cheap.
+Paul Short First off great video. Paul what hour meter did you use? Also, can you post the template for the track wheel decals. I'm looking at a 2016 928 and would like to add one to the unit. Thank.
Thanks. That hour meter came with the blower. As for the template Kathy did it for me but I had to do some hand trimming to get it right. I don't know if she even kept the file. I'll ask her.
If you put a bridge rectifier on the headlight circuit you won't get that 50-60hertz flicker. When you are out moving the snowblower around the flicker will become easier to see, when the snowblower is stationary it is less noticeable to the human eye. Awesome work!
superedge99 Great tip. Someone else mentioned that as well. I'm going to look into that and see if I can figure out how to wire it in. There's four spades on the bridge rectifier so I need to research that. Much appreciated. Keep well.
Now that's the cats meow. We don't get to much snow here in west Texas what we do get I shovel the rest melts away in a day or two. Love the lights and the clock an temp gauge.
Paul, you did not dispoint on the mods, although I was expected some FLASHING LED's. If you don't mind me asking, what is the name of the alarm system you installed?
Danny Johnston Thanks Danny. Ya the LED's is a give lol. The alarm system is made by "Bulldog" runs around $20. and they are worth much more. I've used them on many units including our Goldwing.
Beautiful machine ! Only thing I would have done different is the LED install. For safety I find it needs to be on a 5 to 6 ft pole and there should be a beacon too. Them LED's low down will not safe the operators life when you have 6ft windrows near the road.
Great video! I just purchased an HS1332TAS yesterday. I may have missed it in the comments below, but did you fabricate the blower intake extension or is that something I can buy somewhere? Two other questions, where did you find that decal and which clocks4bikes attachment type fits the handlebar on the blower? Thanks.
weshaire Congrats on your new blower. No I didn't fabricate the extension. It's an aftermarket item that our Honda dealership sells. Check with your local dealer. The decals were made by my wife Kathy and I'll have to measure for the clocks but I think it was 1" dia handle bar size. Thanks
Hi Paul Is the "club" below the canister to unclog the auger? Honda website shows but doesn't mention. Thinking of getting 1" pvc pipe and clip broom holders to replace any old stick or shudder my hand on my mtd mach. Much cheaper to replace pvc than fingers (and hurts less). Thanx Pat R
Nice machine, please make a follow up video once you get the chance to move some snow, and let us know how well the Honda blower works. Cheers from Ottawa.
Hi Paul! I have a question. For that beautiful 928TCD snowblower. Where did you get that black extension for the auger housing? I just purchased the same one for my house here in Ontario Canada and I would like to get one of those extensions for mine. Paul you did a beautiful job on it. Everything was a nice touch. Thank you for the great ideas and please never stop pushing the bling factor!
Travis Nesbitt Hi Travis. Thanks for your kind words and congratulations on your new snow blower. they are the Rolls Royce of snow blowers. You can purchase the intake extension through your Honda dealer. Ours had it in stock here in Newfoundland. Retails for around $80. It's a nice addition but I'm not sure how effective your light will be with it on due to the added height. Cheers and good luck.
I think it woulda been nice had you mounted a coupla LEDS on each side of the blower chute that you coulda seen an' checked where the snow was going in the dark. A nice thing.Else nice job. Well done.
Hi Paul, Would you know if the newer formatted chute/ extended black hinged deflector add any height at all to the overall chute height? My concern is if I buy the newer snowblower whether or not it will ramp up into my truck with the canopy on. My 4 yr old honda (older chute design) makes it inside the canopy with 2 inches clearance to spare.
That is a truly kick-ass machine! Are the red LEDS simply there for visibility? The only thing I would have done differently is get the light further foreword to get it away from the chute more.
Another excellent video Paul! I love the mod videos and especially your craftsmanship. Nice and tidy work coming out of your shop for sure. Kathy did an awesome job with the decals. Can't wait to see this machine in action. I know you are getting a number of questions on the storage tube on the intake extension. I apologize for a repeat question but I am also curious on the source of the tube. Best regards Stay safe and warm!
USNERDOC Thank you sir. I appreciate your kind words on our work. We'll do a video of the machine working when the snow comes. We bought a pile of those online a few years ago and Kathy or myself can't remember the place so we went and did a search and found a place that sells them so try www.thetooltube.com That should get you what your looking for. We bought two different sizes. The one on the snow blower was the small one. hope this helps.
Is snowblower theft in your area a big issue? I have owned an HS624 since the early 90's without any theft or mechanical problems. These machines are the best on the market hands down!
+Michael Lajiness Theft is an issue world wide. I work to hard for my stuff so I'm not going to make it easy for someone to take it ;) I used to be a Honda tech so I know they have the quality built into each of their designs.
Great mods Paul!! Really like the rear led lights, think I might just have to do that myself. Hope you don't mind.. That's a really nice snowblower makes me jealous. Can't wait to see a video or two of it in use! Take care my friend
***** Thanks Scott. Go for it. Glad you enjoyed seeing it. I like the Honda blowers. good and reliable. As soon as we get some snow I'll get a video or two up. Thanks for watching ;)
Aaron Bennett Thanks. I'm hoping I'll never need it lol. Yes I'm in Bay Roberts. Like you, last year we were buried in the white stuff. We just had a little dusting last night but I took the tractor out for the heck of it and cleaned it up.
Greetings from Norway, just across the globe a bit. Well, the world's a small place nowadays.. I came across your videos searching for snow clearing equipment. I'm starting up a similar business as yours next spring, and I find your videos both inspiring and entertaining. Hope you both have the time in the future to continue this great work. Will use the time from Planning on bying the new Massey 1758 or 1759 but I am not sure wether the HST is as reliable as the 12x12 powershuttle, and I'm somewhat disturbed by the squeeking noise I think it makes. Any comments on this subject from anyone is welcome. I also plan on pulling a 2.4 meters wide, 5 meters long road grader for the local forest and mountain roads (yes I believe you can do that with a compact using the right technique). Thought maybe the HST would wear fast under constant heavy loads?? Will now use the next few days "plowing through" all your videos. Best regards, Tommy.
***** Hi Tommy. Yes it sure is a small world. Personally I prefer the HST especially for loader work. Fast and efficient. Our Kubota 5740 has HST Plus. Great transmission and very reliable. If I were farming pulling heavy implements then I think I'd go with the geared tractor. my 5740 is 60 HP turbo charged. It only has 200 hours on it but I love the machine. It's very quiet in the cab. the smaller tractors with HST do squeal a lot like our Kubota BX. Hope you enjoy our video's and thanks for watching.
Just finished watching your latest episode on SRN (Specialty Repairs Network) on my big screen! I can't post a pic unfortunately here on youtube, but for those that have Apple TV (less than $100) you can wirelessly transmit your laptop screen to your big flatscreen. I will say the video/audio quality of your productions are awesome on a 60in monitor and 5.1 Surround sound! Wife really thinks I have lost it now... watching RUclips vids in style. Oh and the mods? Yes first class as usual. LED lights should be standard equipment in my mind as they now are inexpensive, bright, and efficient. I really like the GPS tracking ability. I will have to look into this for my more expensive tools and toys.
Man oh man I don't know how I missed your post. I'm so sorry to have taken so long to comment. I too have Apple TV and yes we watch RUclips videos on the big screen as well. It sure is nice, actually better than being in the theater. Yeah LED Light's are the best thing since sliced bread LOL. We do all our videos in HD. One time it would take 20 hours to upload a 20 minute video. Now we can upload a 20 minute video in less than 10 minutes because of fiber opp so I'm happy to hear that you're enjoying the HD. Thanks for watching Mark and have a great Christmas.
Great Mods, Paul. I have been wondering how Kathy makes all those sharp looking decals and warning plates which feature prominently on most of your mod videos. They always add the finishing touch that helps make your mods "better than factory." Would she be willing to give up her secrets in the form of a video?
Rick Foley Thanks Rick. I've asked Kathy a few times to do a video on her work and she keeps saying no lol. I'm not giving up so stay tuned. That being said, I'm sure there's channels here on RUclips that shows how it's done. Thanks for watching. ;)
Paul, I just got the 2016 HSS928 track model. No hour meter! Do you think I could buy the one for the 1332 and add it to the 928? Love your mod's, your videos are one of the reasons I got the 928. Keep them coming!
+Tony Perry You put a generic hour meter on it. It don't need to be a Honda meter. Shouldn't be very hard to do. As a matter of fact you can get an hour meter that starts clocking time as soon as the engine starts and very inexpensive too. Thanks for watching.
Nice video Paul, great mods. But to really finish this off I think you should add a speedometer, tachometer, remote start, and a killer sound system. That would almost put it over the top.
Nice video again Paul. the snow-blower came out really nice. I guess it was worth the wait to see what this thing turned out like. I liked the lights you but on it that was probably my favorite mod or mods I guess you could say. I don't see any mounts on that for your drift cameras. You got to get one or two on there for when your using the blower to throw in a snow clearing video as a little clip.
Also a quick question for you Paul. I have my lawnmower witch you may have seen in one of my videos. For a while now I have wanted to mount and LED light on there for if I was ever out at night cutting. There is no battery on the mower how would you go about getting a light on there, if it was possible.
Tyler Donovan Thanks Tyler. I have a mount for the Drift. I had it on the push mower so I'll put it on the blower next. I didn't want to over do it on the blower mods. Glad you liked the lights.
You could but I wouldn’t advise it. Going direct to the battery means that if you turn the machine off and leave the grips on by accident it would discharge the battery very fast and then if left outdoors the battery could freeze and require a new one. All accessories should be hooked up in such a manner that once the ignition is turned off the accessories will be off as well.
Charles Powers Thanks Charles. We bought a pile of those tubes online a few years ago and Kathy or myself can't remember the place so we went and did a search and found a place that sells them so try www.thetooltube.com That should get you what your looking for. We bought two different sizes. The one on the snow blower was the small one. Hope this helps. Keep well my friend and take care.
Would the extension for the blower intake work on an American spec 928? I don't see that on the US Honda website for an accessory. I like the idea for the tube to put shear pins in, I am definitely going to use that one. Would the tube fit an 8 ounce ball peen hammer to get the shear pins out when they break off in the shaft like mine do?
+tosainu1 Im not sure on the tube but they come in a larger size www.agrisupply.com/manual-canister-large/p/67670/ Ask these folks if the extent in will fit your model www.esfdirect.com/catalog.aspx?l=4&c=3990039526700059000&man=3989397585100055000
Paul, An alarm???!!! Whoa boy!! GPS??? I need to look into the GPS/alarm for the 2670. The LED front light should work well. That reminds me, I need more light for night time work. I will look into the one you used up front. I dont like shoveling snow ( or anything else..) but the blow snower (lol) will work pretty well for thise walk ways. They do beat you up a bit but it beats shoveling!! Say hello to the better half for me.
Craig Baillar Craig for an easy hook up alarm system for your tractor look up "Bulldog alarms" that's what I used on the BX, 5740 and the snow blower. They are very reliable. The blow snowers work really well if your paveway is drived lol.
Great job as always. My local Honda Dealer (NJ) says there is no Intake Extension (he is a bit of a pain) so can you point me at another source? I could not find it on the Honda site but that may be my bad I have a HSS 928 and agree that it is a much better idea then the drift cutters. I love watching your videos, keep it up and God bless.
+JohnV1554 Thanks John for your kind words. Here's a link that will take you to the company that builds them. Hope this helps. www.esfdirect.com/catalog.aspx?l=4&c=3990039526700059000&man=3989397585100055000
Thanks for the great stuff. Could you recommend a vedeo for my Honda S928 (2001) electric starter. Not even a cilck when I turn the key. Starts well with the pulley and everything else works fine when motor running. If I turn the key to the start posion, the light does not come on nor can I steer the chute. Does that tell you anything? Thanks Paul,, Paul
Paul Doucet Thanks Paul. The first item that should be checked is your battery. I suspect that's where the issue is. also install a "Battery Tender" on the unit. You'll love it.
I would say the MM should stand for Master of Mods! Great video with some excellent ideas! I particularly like the clock idea and alarm. Could you tell us what product you're using for the alarm system...I'd like to put something like that on a few of my machines.... Thanks Paul
OurCabinVideos Thank you Paul (cool name lol) Glad you enjoyed seeing the snow blower. The alarm is made by "Bulldog" I bought mine at Princess Auto for $20. I've used them on a lot of our stuff including the GoldWing. Great unit that's an easy install. Thanks for watching. Keep well.
I am going to buy one of those Walmart LED lights for my tractor. I have a halogen 55Watt unit wide area fog type lamp & it is not bright enogh for me. & I might install one on my snowblower also. I like the rear white LED lights & the red side lights for safety. Great mods there Paul!
iflyhelis I hope your not confused. The Walmart lights are the little ones i put down on the back of the blower. It's not the large 7" I used as the main light.
Yup! I got confused! Crap, so where did you get the light for the front of the blower? If it was Princess Auto, I am screwed! Although, I do like the back lights & the side lights too, so maybe I'll put them all on.....
Paul Short Damn! I was looking for the rear lights you put on your snowblower.. So, I am confused Paul.... Rear lihts are fro Walmart, & that is what I want. Front LED lights I'll have to source them myself. Thanks my friend! Kurt
iflyhelis Those little rear lights came from wal-mart. I think there were 6 in the box. I think I show that in the video? The latest lights I added in the new blower video came from eBay
That has more security features then the White House lol Excellent mods for sure. My favorite would be the lights. Dont take this the wrong way ( I'm not wishing snow on you guys) but I hope to see it in action soon. Take care Thanks
Shakes 73 Ha! Ha!. I think your right. Glad you liked the lights. I liked the clocks. I hope we don't see any snow this winter but we're ready if we do. ;)
Richard Fortin Your welcome. This looks like the one I used. I’ve seen them sell for $20.cdn so shop around. www.bulldogsecurity.com/Category/1005-do-it-yourself-alarm.aspx
Hi Paul: You gave me another mod idea for my 8/28, the front LED light. Did you get the front blower intake from Honda? I would like that on my 8/28. I have seen them on the Yamaha's but not the Honda's. Snowing here a bit today. Have a good one.
Brian Campbell Cool. Glad you got something out of the video. The light was a Hugh improvement. You'll need to make that aluminum adapter to get it to work on your blower if it's like the one I have. Let me know if you go at that mod. I can help you out with the adapter. Yes Honda sells the intake extension. They have three different types so have a look before you buy. It's 17c here today. To hot for this time of the year.
Paul Short My light mounts differently than yours. I bought a 4" square 1500 Lumen LED today and installed it. Huge difference in light output. thanks though for your offer. My 1991 8/28 runs like new, ready to take on another East coast winter! Can't wait to see Kathy climbing the back steps!
Why I think Honda has been in the business longer they seem to have a bigger dealer network from my understanding they copy Honda on many parts and they did few more upgrade .Unless am wrong they both good machine
+Paul Short Can you add those modifications to this : powerequipment.honda.com/snowblowers/models/hss928aw-hss928awd and give me a price of that blower with the mods on it and how much it would cost to ship to NY?
The warranty has long expired but it never needed any warranty anyway. That being said, I would have no problem getting warranty on this unit because of the mods.
Nice job. Needs to do this to mine as well. Especially here in Newfoundland. 👊🏽
Great mods Paul. I like it. Sure could have used that this past Saturday but not to worry, the shovel worked and the snow today is just about gone. That's one of the reasons I wanted to move down here. Snow lasts about 2 weeks at the most. Have a great week and God Bless! Levi~~

Oh man. Snow! It was so warm here today I had both shop doors open. Hope you don't see to much snow this winter. Take care my friend.
That 28" Honda track blower is roughly $2,900 around my area. The setup would be around $120 as done by Honda trained technician(s). I think Paul know what he's doing. But if I send my garden tools to service I will find a shop that have just garden stuff. Sorry my bad English. But Paul have great ideas and cool mods.
I like your snowblower and the lights on it ,it looks so cool and I can see the snowblower likes it.
marianna mouton Thanks. Glad you enjoyed seeing it.
Paul is like a crow. He loves shiny objects (and LEDs)! :-)
Hey Paul. I live in town and wondering if you could make a headlight rod like the one you have made. If so how much would it cost?
Really nice work! The Orange County Choppers of snow blowers.
cardo1111
Thank you very much.
Paul the Newfie, Love the snowblower, great video.
Do you guys have a problem with theft around your area that you have a need for the security an GPS devices or just being safe?
jj1479 No not really but if we do I don't intend on making it easy for them ;)
That is a nice blower, and it's even better with the mods! Nice video as always!!
Blake Albertson
Thanks Blake. I've always liked the Honda blowers. Thanks for watching.
Just clicked on your link for the clock & thermometer. I would like one for my UTV. But sadly, their site said they are shutting down that line because of stiff competition from China. Those were a sharp looking addition. They didn't look cheap.

Great Mods Paul... My 2 are the alarm and the GPS, very cool.... the others are cool too, they just my favorites though... Thanks for sharing......
Hey Paul. Do you happen to have a link where you got those LED lights and side markers?
No. That’s a five year old video.

Paul I am wondering how or where you got the pipe for the led headlight? Looking at replacing my headlight.
I machined it out of solid aluminum and used studs to mount it.
How much would it cost to have one identical made? I live close to town.
Where did you get the bucket extender. I can't seam to find one?

Hi Tommy.
Paul Short Thanks. Appreciate your response. I guess I'll go for the geared one and try to charge by the hour for the snowploughing :)
Japanese thourobreds, can't beat Em!! Nice mods and sweet shop
Very true. Thanks for watching.
Where did you get the these mods to buy I can’t make these things
Great video. I could do some of those mods. I figured the extra light was so you can find your broken sheer pins.
Great Mods, Paul. I have been wondering how Kathy makes all those sharp looking decals and warning plates which feature prominently on most of your mod videos. They always add the finishing touch that helps make your mods "better than factory." Would she be willing to give up her secrets in the form of a video?
Rick Foley
Thanks Rick. I've asked Kathy a few times to do a video on her work and she keeps saying no lol. I'm not giving up so stay tuned. That being said, I'm sure there's channels here on RUclips that shows how it's done. Thanks for watching. ;)
Where's the cupholder for hot chocolate? Or a brewskie?
Paul, I just got the 2016 HSS928 track model. No hour meter! Do you think I could buy the one for the 1332 and add it to the 928? Love your mod's, your videos are one of the reasons I got the 928. Keep them coming!
+Tony Perry
You put a generic hour meter on it.
Well that’s true and will get added eventually but I really found the gps I installed this winter very handy this winter. Thanks for watching. 😉
hello do you need bridge rectifier or capacitor for switch your light for a led bar 36w ?
Paul, That's some snow blower you have there !! Good luck with it, Best regards John A Bellas
Thanks John. We are very happy with the machine. Thanks for watching. Keep well.
Tyler Donovan
Thanks Tyler. I have a mount for the Drift. I had it on the push mower so I'll put it on the blower next. I didn't want to over do it on the blower mods. Glad you liked the lights.
Tyler Donovan
You'd have to see if your mower has a stator or generating coil. I doubt it do and that will be an issue for your needs.
What, no toilet? You should mount a camera to record the outings. Ps, the GPS is in the air filter cover.
Good job on the blow-snower Paul. Nice practical mods really. Hell, it's nice to know how cold it is and when to come back in.... LOL
Colin ;-)
*****
Thank bud. It was a fun little job. Kathy said no to the GPS and back up camera ;)
So how does she expect you to get back to the house in a storm?? ;-)
*****
If I got lost she might not even miss me lol
Could you add the heated grips and wire them directly to the battery?
You could but I wouldn’t advise it. Going direct to the battery means that if you turn the machine off and leave the grips on by accident it would discharge the battery very fast and then if left outdoors the battery could freeze and require a new one. All accessories should be hooked up in such a manner that once the ignition is turned off the accessories will be off as well.
Did I miss where you got the alarm from?
I LOVE HOW YOU PUT THOSE STICKERS ALL OVER EVERYTHING IM A STICKER NUT
bud moore
I think they are in the appropriate places. ;)
another great one hope your week goes well my friend oh one question the tube on front were you get those god bless have fun
Charles Powers
Thanks Charles.
Sweet snowblower Paul!!!!
frank gowings
Thanks Frank!
Ugh, I can't believe you didn't add a remote starter!
+tosainu1
Im not sure on the tube but they come in a larger size www.agrisupply.com/manual-canister-large/p/67670/
Ask these folks if the extent in will fit your model

+Paul Short thanks for the info, I have emailed them and await the response.
+tosainu1
Your kindly welcome.
Paul,
An alarm???!!! Whoa boy!!
Craig Baillar
Craig for an easy hook up alarm system for your tractor look up "Bulldog alarms" that's what I used on the BX, 5740 and the snow blower. They are very reliable. The blow snowers work really well if your paveway is drived lol.
those are nice blowers ,ive got a little honda single stage ,, starts everytime like my honda mower
Totally agree 👍
What's the range of the wifi hotspot? Sweet machine...
+JohnV1554
Thanks John for your kind words.
Paul Doucet
Thanks Paul. The first item that should be checked is your battery. I suspect that's where the issue is. also install a "Battery Tender" on the unit. You'll love it.
Paul Short
Thanks Paul. My battery is bran new. I was just wandering if there was a way to check the starter without taking it out.
Nice snow plower. I'm in the process of looking for a new plow truck and snow plow.
Rick Anderson
Thanks Rick. I was looking for a new plow truck and blade in 2008 and decided to get a tractor. Happy I did. Good luck in your search.
Thanks Paul!
Did I hear Newfoundland ? Well if you’re a mulley ? We might be kin love the snowblower and love the country
Great mods there Paul!
iflyhelis
I hope your not confused.
Kurt
iflyhelis
Those little rear lights came from wal-mart. I think there were 6 in the box. I think I show that in the video? The latest lights I added in the new blower video came from eBay
Thanks for the info Paul.
Love the lights Mod. Is this difficult to do?
Not to bad. You need to know the basics.
Thanks Paul . AWESOME
That has more security features then the White House lol
Excellent mods for sure. My favorite would be the lights.
Dont take this the wrong way ( I'm not wishing snow on you guys) but I hope to see it in action soon.
Take care
Thanks
Shakes 73
Ha! Ha!. I think your right. Glad you liked the lights. I liked the clocks. I hope we don't see any snow this winter but we're ready if we do. ;)
Clearly have a lot of spare time on your hands up there Newfoundland... led driving light is cool.
Can you please share more details about the alarm system. Thanks and nice machine.
Richard look up Bulldog alarms. That’s what I used. This is an older video so I don’t remember the model number. Thanks for watching.
@@7863348 Thank you very much.
Richard Fortin Your welcome. This looks like the one I used. I’ve seen them sell for $20.cdn so shop around. www.bulldogsecurity.com/Category/1005-do-it-yourself-alarm.aspx
Great video as usual. It is to bad the clock4bikes no longer makes clocks for bikes.
Thanks. I didnt know they stopped making bike clocks. Man they were sure nice people. Hope they are doing ok.
Clocks for bike website says they went out of business!
Really nice work!
cat637d
Thank you!
A full wave bridge rectifier will take care of that flicker from the LED light on the snow blower. NTE electronics NTE5324
Paul Sargent
Thanks Paul for the tip. I'll have to see where I can find one. Much appreciated.
I like the mods nice job, I know we don't want snow but I have to see it work just once so I'll only be asking for a couple feet..lol Take care
rchopp
Thanks! I'm hoping I don't see a flake of snow but you just know we will lol.
Hi Paul: You gave me another mod idea for my 8/28, the front LED light. Did you get the front blower intake from Honda? I would like that on my 8/28. I have seen them on the Yamaha's but not the Honda's. Snowing here a bit today. Have a good one.
Brian Campbell
Cool.
Hi Sir nice machine what do you think at Yamaha
Yamaha is one of the best 👍
Why I think Honda has been in the business longer they seem to have a bigger dealer network from my understanding they copy Honda on many parts and they did few more upgrade .Unless am wrong they both good machine
Sweet! You take your snow blowing seriously.
really nice machine! does anyone have any idea how many watt led light can go on the HSS928ACTD model?
Really????
How you turn the chute without being on? My 1332 won’t
Mine has electric start with a battery. Maybe yours in pull cord start with no battery?
@@7863348 has a battery too but usa
@@appleztooranges mine has an hour meter on it. When I turn the key to the on position the hour meter don’t start but I can move the chute.

Matthew Morehouse
Thanks Matthew. You getting any snow?
Can u recreate that blower and I want to purchase it and u can send it by for me?
+TheRedstonewizable
Are you serious?
+Paul Short yes no joke
can we talk on phone?
+Paul Short
Can you add those modifications to this : powerequipment.honda.com/snowblowers/models/hss928aw-hss928awd and give me a price of that blower with the mods on it and how much it would cost to ship to NY?
+Paul Short
Paul r u there?
Looks cool but Honda isn't going to warranty any repairs with the tub mod.
The warranty has long expired but it never needed any warranty anyway. That being said, I would have no problem getting warranty on this unit because of the mods.
@@7863348 Well at least you have the lights pointing backwards because you'll be doing a lot of that if you actually try to use it in snow that deep.
It’s only used to do the walkways. For serious snow I use this flic.kr/p/2iGwB6u
flic.kr/p/2ig2nu2
@@7863348 Nice toys, the snowblower came out nice you do good work!
Thanks Shawn. 👍
Well done. Great ideas.
Lol, I woulda cut my extra housing off and gave it to ya. I hate the new shrouded augers, makes it harder to push into deep or frozen snow.
l337pwnage I'll have to see what ours works out like if we ever get any snow lol. I may end up converting it over to a motorized squeegee.
Nice title! Awesome video
Afish040
Thanks!
Great video once again...
Thank you very much.
have you ever had anyone steal your mods or are you overly precautious.
+Jerry Velasco
What's not patent it is copyrighted.
Paul Short i was talking about the gps and alarm.
does it blow snow?
pablo padilla
I really don't know.
nice modifications
honda makes the best blowers no contest...the high ens ariens is the only one that comes close.
wow thats some snowblower you could put heated handles and hour meter.
Marc Plante
Thanks Marc. It already has an hour meter. Not sure if the charging system could keep up with the heated grips.
WOW. Love your mod.
+christoffer1973
Thank you.
christoffer1973 where's the kegarator!!??? Or a least a cup holder for some suds. No "dirt bag juice" aka BudLight
allowed.
Don't need all the bells and whistles, more crap to go wrong.I have a tracked Honda and it works fine.I use my Kubota tractor most of the time, anyway.
Never had an issue with this Honda tracked snowblower and if I did I’d simply use one of our two Kubota tractors to deal with the snow.
