He even gives the little girl money for more ice cream and is not upset that she spilled it on him. But it also helps show the reputation the Marines have to the average citizen. That little girl's father was outright terrified over a simple accident; it looked like he genuinely feared for his daughter's life, which tells you a lot about how Marines are perceived.
The scene of Zoro with the Sandai Kitetsu is so great. A real stand out moment for Zoro even up until now, which is saying something because Zoro has more than his share of great moments.

Theres a handful of characters that you learn next to nothing about at first but as you go through the series you learn more and more and how the story all makes sense like as if its a lost puzzle piece that was finally found, try and remember EVERYONE more importantly the ones that get named because you never know what happens in the future. Thats something i still do to this date and im upto date, the creator (eiichiro oda) really is a genius when it comes to story telling atleast in my opinion which i know alot would agree.
