@@troymine6221 it’s not funny. The philosophy of forgiveness and letting things go really takes weight off your shoulders. That belief has turned people’s lives around to move fwd and start new from past mistakes.
Plus the sacrifice Christ endured if you know the history of how severe and brutal it was makes you appreciate him standing on his beliefs to save all of mankind.

When Jeremy was talking about the building of dbk I saw his dad Donny who passed a few years ago. Donny was a really good dude and Jeremy is a really good dude as well.

First part is correct, however riding their coattils is not, the dude broke his body the same as all of them and earnt his own. He also showed em all how beneficial it is to invest in youre own brand as athlete on top of getting paid to promote other peoples brands

Sup from Santee CA! I’m 45 and I remember seeing you guys at desert and everyone one was chasing you guys around trying to ride with you. Some of my friends kicked it with MM. I to found Jesus and changed my life….if you know Santee and the East county vibe it was all about doing crazy stuff and getting as drunk as possible. Started to follow Brian Deegan because I watched a vid of him committing his life to Jesus. Because of that I started to watch Hailey and Haden since they were small. Ran into your RUclips watching them and remembered you from back in the days. Crazy hearing you give your life to the lord….seriously teared up a little…..you made me remember the day I came to a cross road and made the same decision.

Obviously on different levels, but I can relate to the mindset twitch had after meeting Jeff Stanton and he refused to do an autograph. I was the chubby kid at the skatepark and being bullied by people I looked up to. It was a blessing as it shaped the person I was as I got older.
I’m a 29 year old brain cancer survivor and race downhill MTB and I still see the kids be talked down to. I make an effort to set the right example and treat them as equals and build a mutual respect.
My city has a problem with behaviour on the public trains with young MTB riders. Being a dick like most adults are to them just exacerbates the problem.
Most times I have better experiences on the trails with the young fellas than the salty old men.
Really cool to hear Shecks interview Jer with there history. Ryan is 1 of my fav podcasters tbh just his way of connecting with guests and his voice is super distinct and recognizable. Wish you all the best! I got so much respect for FMX. It’s the gnar sport ever created imo

I remember being a kid watching twitch, travis, cowboy, nate, and all the other guys. I used to look forward to when the X-games and gravity games came around every year. X-games is still cool, but nothing like it was in early 2000's in my opinion.
