i don't think its a typo, because in Korea when you're born you are already one year old, and I think you also turn one age up on a special day every year so that would make her 2 years older, so maybe they substracted the 2 years from their age in Korea, (which is either 17 or 18) but maybe they were confused

Ahh so pretty! One thing I don’t understand though, is how tiny the letters are from penpal youtubers! They barely write anything, it’s just a greeting basically! My letters are always an entire page long, and very small handwriting😂 it takes 40 minutes - 1hr to write! It’s kind of sweet though, it’s like they’re just writing encouragement notes to each other, but I could never write a letter that short😂
