Looks like you trans mounting plate is backwards. The single slot for the rod ends should go to the rear possibly.
It rattled my brain aswell but the more I looked at other rigs that were built like this the way I have the skid is the correct way
it can't be flipped due to the dig feature
I wouldn’t call it a crawler as it really just wheels and a motor

Def needs some attention goal was just to get it done and going and slowly test and tune with it!
