She`s a LIVING, BREATHING, AMERICAN MUSEUM PIECE; a rare gem, indeed ! To alter (this car) in any way (from stock), would be a SIN !!! Thank you for sharing this old girl with us; it was a real treat !
I'm gonna pretend you never mentioned anything about making that a "street rod project". Save that for some rust bucket that has sat out in the weeds for 60 years.
Do you know how rare this car is? It was Henry's interim car between the Model A and the V8. At 1st it was thought that both the 4 cylinder and the V8 would be produced but after a sampling of public desires the people who wanted the 4 cylinder didn't amount to much, which was about 150,000 and about 130,000 were actually built. So, production shifted full time to the V8 and the rest is history. Production of the V8 lasted 31 years and is still available today if you want to buy one. So, imagine the millions of the flatheads built there were only 130,000 model B 4 cylinders and how many remain? This car is not only rare because it is so well kept with low mileage, original parts and loving care but the engine itself is rare and probably the best 4 cylinder Henry built. What a great car for this owner! I actually have one living across the street from me and I get to hear it run and see it in operation. Big annual car show this weekend here in Lafayette, LA (Bayou Roundup Car Show) and what feast of cars from the past, Cajun Music, food and dancing too. Lord I've gone to Heaven.
I would buy this in a heartbeat. All orginal is why. I have a 1956 chevy truck. I had guy offered me 60 k for it last week. I said no somethings in life ain't for sale. Especially when you get older . Grandparents and parents are all dead. All you have left is old car or truck that means everything to you. Its what left of your life . Precious memories . Great video thanks God bless.
The cool thing about these old 4 bangers is if you want more pep.there are so many period correct options to keep the car era correct. Add a B high compression head, better carb and manifold. Boom, you've just gone from 50hp to 65 or so. What's great is these modifications were done back then and easy to reverse if you want totally stock. That's a gem of a car. I hope it didnt go to a rodder.
This review was interesting. I learned a few things about these 4 cylinder 32's. So different than the model A's. Too bad the public didn't like them, but back then that v8 allure was too much, just like today! Beautiful car, hope it stays like this forever!
The audio going hay since the 6 volt battery of the time (for these fords) the plugs were not as advanced and the electricity was strong enough for camera mics to pick it up. Its not harmful, its just something that happens
My next automobile will be a Ford Model B. The only thing I would change is the brakes. I'd upgrade to a modern pick-up truck 4-wheel disc-brake system, everything else stays the same.
I know that the spark pulgs are the origin of that weird noise or inteference with the microphone inside the car, although I don't remember exactly how it happens. How did they manage to fix that when radios started to be fitted into cars?
These vehicles are worth keeping, modern vehicles not so much, i don't think a modern vehicle could last 85+ years. All i can say is these old vehicles are a true love affair.
YEA HAD A V8 TOURER IN THE 60S WHAT A HONEY TOP DOWN AND OFF TO THE BEACH WITH MY GIRLFRIEND AND HER NAN IN THE RUMBLE SEAT SHE WAS A GOOD OLD GIRL AND INSISTED ON RIDING IN THE RUMBLE OR DICKY SEAT AS WE KNEW IT
Veryveryvery Nice.. that’s too nice.. A Real Step Up From An A . WOW 50 Hp 4 Banger. Just marvelous, Spectaacular Car. I’ll bet it is gas to drive.. Very Highwayable.. Extremely Capable Comfortable Car , Amazing .. it’s not being perfect Makes It Perfection.. Yes It Does.. People Don’t Realize How Nice The Steel Itself On All Those Early Cars . It’s Sooo Much Tougher & Better Than The Billions Of Shitballs That Came When Profits Fucked The Product .. You Would Have To Be Insane To Restore The Body Or Interior .. & Maybe Some Period Correct Engine & Chassis / Tire Upgrades , Just So You Could Daily Drive That Car , Witch You Could ., Change Oil Every 500-1000 Mi.. Just Really I’m Am Marveled .. Too Bad I’m surprised it’s Not A V8 .
Beautiful car! Tough as nails and reliable these cars were built to last. And no plastic.
Blasphermer! To even suggest modifying this car is unthinkable!
Thats what i was thinking, I was like don't even say that lol

You'd have to be crazy to alter that car and make a street rod. Gosh!

Cool car man 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 gangsta
Let me know if anther 32 comes up
You be stupid to turn that into a hot rod
The muffler has been changed.
cool original i think the handles are replaced
When the engine was started, the ignition spark noise came right thru the audio. Any one wanting to modifying this car would be a crime.
Is the launch control functional?
Hard to believe that Ford is not going to be selling any cars in the US or Canada except for the Mustang. Kind of sad....
If i owned one of this, id wear a full black suit a fedora... and some knuckle busters
In all seriousness beautiful car!!!

Why is the Model A more popular than the Model B? The Model B seems like a better car.
