Dimash more accurately conveyed the essence of his lyrics. There are also doubts about the music - perhaps it was written by Plachkovsky, like the music for other Vitas songs. Dimash sang at the Opera 2 competition not of his own free will, but by the decision of the organizers. This is a bad song for competition: extremely simple vocals. Vocalization only. Dimash complicated the verses with beautiful melismas and sang a cool vocalise. And Vitas just screamed like a car alarm.
