There is a HUGE difference between stealing from someone and business disagreements resulting in lawsuits! Also, I GUARANTEE Cuban has short payed vendors or at a minimum stretched payment terms to a vendor! Virtually EVERY company has done this! It may not have been Cuban personally but his company has definately done it just like Trumps company has probably done it!
So you think Vivek has shortchanged or prolonged payments to vendors then, if virtually every company has in your opinion. Vivek flat out denied it. So you think Vivek is totally believable about never shortchanging vendors but Mark isnt?
@@ernestoddelgado3350 I believe that both (Cuban and Ramaswamy) their companies have done this but Cuban was the one who broached the subject, so he is the one I used for the example. Being CEOs they both have plausible deniability (can't possibly know everything happening in the company) but I can virtually guarantee their companies have stretched terms on vendors...but to admit it would be corporate suicide.

Typical liberal. The last thing they want to happen is for the other side to make a point in which they have no rebuttal and they do their best to avoid that. You'd think that people like Cuban would be more conservative but I think they've grown to a point that they are so far out of touch with what's happening in America. I watched an interview with him some years ago and I was pretty impressed with him. He does have a lot of common sense and he talked about a time in his life when he was pretty much broke. Perhaps if he hadn't become as wealthy has he is (and there's nothing wrong with that) he wouldn't have lost touch with what's going on in America. His distain for Trump is what guides him and those like him. I'll bet he didn't have anything bad to say about Trump until he ran for president as a republican.

This whole way he pivots over to talking about this recent NY case, a situation that Vivek knows he can make great points with, and will likely come out "ahead" in any debate about, but he pivots to it because he knows he's losing the argument and can't make any more relevant points or refute anything Mark Cuban is saying here. Trump *is* not only a slimy businessman, but someone who actually steals from people including small businesses and has seemingly no ethical qualities.
So what does Vivek do? Start talking about something that has nothing to do with Mark Cuban's point. Mark never brought up any kind of of the Stormy Daniels stuff, which by the way if you really want to start talking about isn't going to end up so well for Vivek either, when we start talking about what exactly led to Trump being in this situation at all, even it is a unjust prosecution.
