Is it mandatory to have order for execution of Middleware ?
Is it compulsory to have order for execution in ConfigurationServices Method?

Yes middleware order is mandatory. For example Authentication() middleware must execute before Authorization() middleware.
But in the ConfigureServices method you don't need an order.
