Great product. Paid 40 bucks for a hart shop vac on Black Friday and paid 16 for the extractor head. Paid $130 for a bissell and the $56 one works 100 times better. Defiantly recommend. Also you don’t need the cut the end of the tube. The end piece just pops off.
Would be nice if you had a link for us that really don't know which one to get. Either way, thanks for info. on the cheap. 👍 Edit: On Amazon and see a extractor similar to yours with 2 adaptors- $26 without hose. Do I need to get another hose too?
You’re right I should put it, the ones I bought didn’t come with the hose you put it on your hose from the vacuum unless you’re talking about a hose for water then yes you’ll need that one , Thanks for watching ! ✊🏼
@@GLEECED I have the Hart wet/dry vac do I really need to get the adapter too? Someone on Amazon said they used duct tape. Thanks for your help! I'm cleaning up urine stains from my dog.
@@memekendall3197 technically you don’t need an adapter , the vacuum comes w 2 black extractor fittings 1 for large area and one for carpet. You just gotta change it to the wet filter and boom. I only got the clear head because it looks more professional and can see all that nasty 🤮 get sucked up haha
@@GLEECED I thought I needed to get this extractor. You saved me soo much!! I don't have to wait. 😁 If I chose to get the clear extractor later, do I need to get the adapter or does the vac already have one that will fit? Or use the duck tape method? Someone said it works great!
Great video :)) I have the same hart vac but I’m just curious on how to put the water filter on? The directions are kinda confusing for me and I don’t want to damage it.
Same dilemma here, only found his channel bc I was looking for how to put the water filter on. Those instructions are garbage for that part. Love the clear extractor head, definitely getting that but please make a video on how to install the wet filter. Feel like that should’ve been the main focus.

How does the end pice pop I can’t get it off
@@PickleFNdid you figure it out cuz I cant either😭
You just unscrew it
and how do you put the wet filter on
Can you do another video of how to change from dry to wet
ok! I will soon
What type of soap you uses? Or just water?
I use a dedicated fabric/ upholstery cleaner with a low ratio so I get boosted removal chances instead of just plain water
after you cuthte factory end off can you still use it for dry shopvac? bc I dont just want it to be an extractor?
In that case I would buy a second hose it’ll be way easier that way because this adapter takes a wile to untwist off
What cleaning product do you use on your upholstery ?
I’ll make a video soon !
@@GLEECED okay perfect, thank you
Is 2.5 hp enough for extracting?
Yeah… my bissel was 1.5hp it still pulled but if you want that really strong suction aim for 4 and higher
🔥🔥🔥🔥 innovative 😤
Appreciate that bro ✊🏼🔥
How do I cut it
you dont cut it, it twist off but if you need to cut then you use a sharp knife poke a hole then cut a even line with scissors
I bought this piece and exact same shop vac and it does not work unfortunately
That’s strange
@@GLEECED took some finessing on the hose but eventually got it to work ! 👍

You mean the filter that goes in the Shop Vac ?? Cause all I have is a foam filter it slides on like a sock 🥴
so whatever it comes with dats all u need for the wet mode ?
I use a pump sprayer to apply water, the better Extractor kit comes with a hose you hook up to water
@@GLEECEDi think he’s talking about the vac. do you have to switch between an air or water filter whenever you switch from vacuum to extractor mode?
Well done! I think your method actually gets carpet and upholstery cleaner. ✌️
Thanks! 👍
