    Hello Jenny, I, my son 15 and my daughter 9 years old have started leaning German with your video since April 20018. I am a teacher of English and I speak 6 languages. You are one of the best teacher I have ever seen.. I really appreciate your lessons.. We learn a lot. Thanks. Weldone..

    Jenny, I love your channel. You've already helped me a lot through this "crazy" journey which is learning German! lol, thank you! Can I suggest you a subject matter for a video? What about showing us how to answer in German the questions International Customs Agents at the airport usually ask to "Ausländer" when arriving in Deutschland? Vielen Dank!

    Hi Jenny! Thanks so much for your video! I feel like I could have been engaged by German long before if I saw your videos earlier. In my point of view, you are the best German teacher I've ever seen because you speak the best English. That values a lot to me. Luckily I saw your videos now and I have much spare time now because I have a gap year between my master and PhD study. Hopefully I can improve during the year. And, thank you again for your video and best wishes to you!

    I have complete faith in pilots. Pilots go to school for so many years and then they need a few years "experience" working in small charters before big airlines hire them. So feel confident. The pilots who are hired are very well-trained. Don't be scared Jenny.

    Your online classes are valuable information for everyone. This may sound grandiose but for future generations.
    Knowledge taught properly.Concise and thorough.
    I am learning..but admit a bit shy of implimenting the language. One could fall flat on his face.Become the baffoon.

      Thanks a lot for the wonderful feedback :)
      It has happened to anyone learning a language (falling flat on one's face), but most people will forgive you and will be willing to help, no need to worry about that. You only learn when you make mistakes and keep going despite the mistakes.

      +Peter Crøss the solution: keep doing it. Listen to all kinds of things in German. Over and over again. (Repetition and consistency is the key and having fun while doing so )

    • @alessio272
      @alessio272 7 лет назад +2

      Peter Crøss Go back in time and think about the manner which you acquired your first language. Did you have a vocabulary laid out for you? Did you need to know the meanings of you first words?
      Language is a system of arbitrary sounds and symbols that have specific or non specific meanings. When you were a child, you listen to you parents or guardians speak and you associated those sounds with those actions, objects, and people in you surrounding environment. Therefore you were able to synthesize the meanings of these arbitrary sounds.
      Now you an adult and you must take a different path to learning.

    • @lingoniGERMAN
      @lingoniGERMAN  7 лет назад +6

      +William Luebs the joy of RUclips is that you can watch the videos again and again and again. In real life when you go to Germany, you can't ;) And that's what you should do if you want to practice your listening comprehension. Watch videos more than once. Every time you'll understand a bit more. At the beginning it might just be a word or 2. Eventually you'll understand complete sentences but you need to give yourself some time :)
      I'm glad you enjoy the videos though.

      Learn German with Jenny Thanks for the quick reply. I fly to Germany, now retired, 4-5 times a year. Last year I was there 60 days. I study every day and have for the last 3 years using Rosetta Stone as my base. Your videos are all very good, but I could have gotten more out of this video had you not gone so fast as you do on most videos. I am not critic citing, yet commenting on the last portion of this video vice most all your other videos. You are an excellent German teacher, and I do realize Germans do speak faster that you would like. Thanks. Bill
