I love sugar, chocolates were my favourite. I'm 63 and my blood sugar level is 10.6. That's really high. The doctor says it's giving me colds, and can do lots bad things to my system. Too much sweets is no good, would have to drink lots of bitter aloe vera. It's bad for the teeth; spoil that beautiful smile.
