How to Fix Connection Issues of JBL Tune 220 TWS?

I have a problem with the right earbuds. No lights at all after removing from the charging case. Not connecting to a device. How can I solve it. Thank you.

for me, it lights up, both of them, right one makes a sound, and works fine. left one lights up, but light turns off when taken out of case, immediately
