Such a vibrant street! Glad to see mom and pop businesses thriving in Melbourne.
It was like this in the US until the late 1970’s. That’s when the middle class was gutted and big businesses killed off Main Street. The US resembles a third world country except for a few pockets of extraordinary wealth. It’s the gilded age all over again.
Sorry for the rant. Your excellent tour made me long for a former way of life here in the US.
