Recovering from subscapularis tear surgery and labral tear. Along with ac joint reconstruction using hamstring allograft. Currently having issues lifting arm, especially when laying down. I'm getting dyskinetic snapping of the acromion to the clavicle. This happens while trying to lift my arm, especially while lying on back or sides. It happens actively and passively. It is very confusing
Full-Thickness partial width tear of the supraspinatus tendon and low-grade partial-thickness tearing of the infraspinatus tendon. High-Grade partial thickness tear of the upper fibers of the subscapularis tendon with medially subluxed and partially torn long head of the bicep tendon. Teres minor tendon is unremarkable. That is what I was told today. :( Sounds like surgery is unavoidable.
Cna you provide the link to the subscapuris 7 to 8 pennations?
Wow! Jo!! I wish I could talk with you. I live in Michigan. I hurt my shoulder 24 years ago. My pain is getting worse
