Agreed, that new training option card would be good that let's you reveal top two and grab a digimon or tamer but we're a way off from getting that. Better just to run Boko.
The red hybrid list is definitely pretty bad, but also he was prioritizing playing rookies instead of digivolving them in breeding. Red hybrid rule number 1 is aways hatch and put a rookie in the back. He should be using those to chip you down before you get big blockers on board or even building them to level 4 to get out free takuyas or free flamemons.
Honestly I just feel this a bad matchup for Red Hybrid. BWG and Hades Force makes it almost impossible for Red Hybrid to loop their tamers/generate advantage. He said he wasn't prepared for BWG because not many are running it. I think with this new meta though BWG will be more popular because of tamer destruction
Yeah, RMB was not the play. Damn near every time he used it, he bottom decked 1 or more Takuyas, on top of having some in security. It's just not worth it. Bokomon already searches 2 bodies, makes a Takuya evo free, for the same cost as RMB and BT12 Takuya himself gives memory after checking security. My guy had no momentum bc he kept bot decking the center piece of his deck, which is basically a death sentence in this match-up.
I think BWG and Hades Force also makes it a difficult matchup for Red Hybrid either way. He had the Takuyas on field and I just kept popping them. Maybe the Boko would have helped but I'll have to test against Red Hybrid to find out
I will say red memory boost at 1 is fine, but anymore is just setting you up for failure. As bottom decking any tamer hurts a lot, especially in this match-up. For bt12 lists you mostly use boko/neemon, as your mainly playing champion rush

Tbh I wouldn't mind both 😂 I run 2 boko and 2 blue mem boost in my blue hybrid. But that could be a completely different strategy now with red hybrid's new support
@@MrJsStrategyPlays after that BWG started the turn with 2 secs in the opposite side, he had 3 clean shots and used none of them lol even if it wasn't enough for game he had 3 shots..
so.... am i weird for kinda testing out a greymon based red deck with a 2/2/2 line of blkwargreymon, blkwargreymon x antibody, and ancientgreymon or gaiomon edit.... also to me seems like red hybrid is super high rolly and dependant on keeping the tamers on board to get any form of value
Ancient Greymon? I mean you could try it but I think Gaio overall is the better secondary Mega. But yeah most hybrids rely on their tamers, and Hades Force makes these matchups easier
Net decking is important to have a starting base, it'll take longer to learn a deck if you don't practice with an optimal list. You can make changes from there afterward

I think Bokomon is a great choice for any hybrid deck, considering it's a body AND searches for over half the deck 🤔
I also think Bokomon is still good. The tamers are just too important to not run at least a copy or two of Boko
