The attachment device is not the same as my 2016 petrol Toyota Yaris which I am having difficulty trying to remove.

@@TCSC47 there might have been a different type of wiper fitted on your car, each manufacturer has a slightly different fitting clip, especially milticlips might be tricky to remove
