Change to the blue suit, quit to the title screen, then start a new game and you will begin the game with blue suit. If you hold the boost button after doing a boost, you will stay at max speed the entire time until you let go of the button.

I believe the story of the game is: The Coral Pillars are the guardians of the ocean. However, a new race called the Prisms(that's what I call the triangle things) have begun to drain the ocean of its water. They tried to use the forces of the ocean such as the Shark, though to no avail. In a last ditch effort they created a being that was made to look like the Prisms, and they named it ABZÛ, before they were sent to the spirit realm. ABZÛ was also given the directions required to restore the ocean, with the power to restore the t pillars and reclaim the ocean. It had to navigate the body of water and locate the temples to restore the forces linked to each pillar. Searching high and low, ABZÛ met with a great white Shark that kept detouring any Prisms it could find, not giving any regard to ABZÛ, as he had never met it. Eventually, all four of the pillars were restored. But, the Shark was caught on a Prism mine! After freeing him, the two decided to attack the Prism's heart straight on(we all know how that went). After a gruesome defeat leaving ABZÛ badly damaged and the Shark sent back to the Spirit Realm, ABZÛ came upon an ancient utopia, the origin of the Coral Pillars. After solving many puzzles, it came upon a 5th portal which led to the Shark's Rejuvenation orb. With the Shark reborn and ABZÛ repaired, they left the utopia and found many different Prism ships. They destroyed each and every one, stopping the Prism ocean Depletion Plan right in its tracks! The Coral Pillars Then took the job of using nature to make sure that the Prisms weren't coming back. They then fought the Prism heart and destroyed it, completely restoring the ocean and the Pillars back to their rightful place in the land. Fin.
Hey, I am looking into speedrunning Abzu, but most of the out of bounds clips dont seem to work anymore. Is there a new strategy, or is it still ran on an old patch?
All of these out-of-bounds clips were done on the PS4 patch 1.00. The latest patch fixed most of these clips, and there isn't currently a new route for this run. If you're interested in running the game, I'd recommend trying Blue Suit Glitchless. Lots of technical movement and gives a better demonstration of the entire game. Let me know if you have any questions on the run.

I Played For PS4. My PS4 Controller Is Not Working. Well My Dad Need Fix And I Will Played Again ABZU.
I sped ran the game for the 1st time today and got 52:25 without glitches (I just got the game yesterday)
My record: 44:54. Also glitchless. Got game a few days ago.
