Absolutely love the front office! It is awesome how the two desks let you set up the two different work systems, or a computer and a hobby area. It is also awesome to hear that the larger stove is starting to become standard.

This floor plan looks awesome for a working couple on the road! As someone who still has small children, I'd love to see the office space transformed into sleeping space. I love front living room floorplans, but they don't offer a "bunk" room and I would have to resort to pulling couches out every night. I'm not sure if others feel the same, but I would be a buyer for a front living "bunk" model.
My thoughts exactly! Maybe a murphy twin bed/desk combo would be a great option for those of us with children but still would want a dedicated working area/desk.

Simply beautiful to look at. Not sure about the office up front. The TV moving while someone is watching so the front office can be used? More important to me is the total lack of counter space in the kitchen. No center island to make room for the very nice eat-in table area…. By the time I put the coffee maker out, my counter space is completely used up ☹️. This is a full-time rig and I spend a fair amount of time in my kitchen. Just not sure where you would prepare meals, etc. Bedroom is lovely! Bath is great. Always nice to see new designs. THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO! APPRECIATE YOUR TIME.
Very nice layout. That front office is great as so many couples work remotely now. The two desks would be perfect for us.

We placed an order for this floorplan on Thursday after seeing it in Hershey.
The floorplan isn't perfect, but it's axing how much storage area they packed in, and I'm excited to put my wife's loud work conversations behind a door!

A half bath would be a must. The other thing would be turned that room into a bunk room that would sleep at least five people. And put a half bath in there to.

The pass through door in the office is intended for the locking of the door,so that you can't get locked inside the office....its basically for safety. ..

Nice to see pull out drawers for the bathroom cabinets to reach things in the back area. Outdoor cooking nice to have a fridge to a sink. Nice lots of storage for the the underneath area.
IF THIS HAD THEIR TOY HAULER GARAGE, DREAM RIG. Sweet as is a garage over the top.

Super nice rig but very heavy, a one ton dully is an absolute must have but I spoke with a man that had this rig and he says his one ton dully ford is always just about maxed out pulling it.

I'm still waiting for a 5th wheel with a front living room and "Mid Bunk" That would be absolutely revolutionary in the fifth wheel architectural design, arguably a 3 private sleeping area fifth wheel.

Other than installing the Fisher Paykel dishwasher at floor level (big mistake) the rest of the 5th wheel is genius. It front office is a dream as is the rest of the layout.

Really love this! But my SRW F350 can’t do this much. First manufacturer to do a hideaway front cap office and front living in a 2 axle low profile fifth wheel can take my money!

Wow, this unit has the best of everything. I like the hidden office, aside from disrupting the family while they're watching TV so you can come out. Outside kitchen needs a fridge and a sink for cleaning fish, why don't more have a sink? I like a separate grill away from the RV. Don't need the cooktop, you have that gorgeous stove / oven / micro just steps away inside. Never been a fan of 2 sets of steps inside, up to the living room, up to the bath & bedroom. Otherwise a gorgeous RV. How much $$$? Thanks JD.

I really like that "hidden" front office space. It could also be used as a sleeping area if you have a sleeping bag or air mattress. 😃
Would be nice to see built in shelves or something in the front office where the front cap is. There seems to be wasted space maybe? As the window is somewhat deep so I don't know what else is in that space.

I agree that the front office is super super cool... However, I think the layout of that front office would have been much better if they would have put the cabinets along the sides and the desk along the front cap. I work in IT and all of our users now at my company who spend a lot of time in front of their computer all want multiple monitors even when they're working remote. Heck many of those users even want 3 monitors. Those side desks don't offer much room for multiple monitors and don't provide much desk space in front of you. A desk along full length of the front cap would have been way way better for people who want a serious office.
We absolutely love this floorplan, it's everything we have been looking for and with the best manufacturing! Everyone says Riverstone is THE best! We love more of the white cabinets, but this isn't bad --just not our first pick and likely not the one we'll be decor wise. Curious about the tanks, I'm finding limited and conflicting info -- do you know the sizes for fresh water, gray and black tanks? I saw online one said 48 gallons fresh which can't be right!? That's so tiny! Thanks for the awesome insight on this video, look forward to more!
I bought a Riverstone and after 18 months everything in it was falling apart despite only having one person living in it and babying it / not moving it. And Forest River made getting anything fixed a drawn out nightmare. So while they look nice, buyer beware.

Really nice unit for a single work-from-home person or a couple who share sleeping space, but really wouldn't work for me, despite loving the dedicated/private front office with great windows. I'm planning to be traveling with my sister and so really want a second 1/2 bath as well as 2nd private sleeping area AND dedicated/private office space, something I can really only see happening with a toy hauler...the rear garage space is just SOOO flexible (I also plan to garage a small "get-around" car on travel days). Color scheme in the unit reviewed, meh. Also saw what looked like a couple of floor heat registers, which is a deal-breaker for me, although I love how the full water manifolds are showing up in more RVs these days.
With the TV hanging on the door of the office, I wonder how quiet it would be in the office if someone is watching TV in the living room while I'm trying to work in the office.

Needs a half bath also! Outside kitchen needs a small refrigerator; a little sink plumbed to water would be lovely too. You were right-an actually different floorplan. Wood color in kitchen was great. We love the hidden office; maybe an option for one side of the hidden office could be a Murphy bed! Thanks for showing this!!

I only think rear bathroom models need a half bath. The sink and fridge in the outdoor kitchen is a surprising omission though.

Should be a hidden bunk room like the travel trailer you had shown a few weeks ago. I hate the mid bunk design of campers. This would be perfect for a family with the conversion to a bunk house up front
What is the asking price for this model?
Can you explain how manufacturers come up with their model numbers/letters. The number hardly ever means the tip to tail length, it’s generally a few inches longer. And occasionally the letters make some sense, e.g., 39FB meaning a 41’ front bedroom, RB for rear bath of RK for rear kitchen. But sometimes it doesn’t make sense so do they just pull letters and numbers out of the sky? If you know the system, I’d like to know, just curious. Thanks. Why not year, then length, then featured room, e.g., Montana 2342RBR (rear bedroom).

Of course it's nice. Obviously one needs a diesel ⛽ truck. But despite having a Big truck and RV you fly everywhere because RVing has become very very expensive with the current price of diesel ⛽....
