Basically using the same technique without real knowledge just avoiding the rocks I catch six small mouths in 1 hr that change my technique
Now Whit your video I have a better understanding

We've been doing a similar thing up here for years, mostly around grass. Use an open hook let it hang in the grass and then snatch it out. Usually the bite comes right after it pops off the grass. We use a 4 inch Ned alot.

That ocho is a fish catcher for sure. I use it ion a strike king jig head. Your strongest attribute on your channel is that you are “real”. I appreciate the education. Your willingness to share, what you share, makes me wonder what you’re holding back. Lol. Inspired! Oh I wanted to tell you the Blue Craw magnum rage bug is deadly on Clear Lake where I live. Thanks for that!

Not since 95’ but 3 years ago during a tourney, i made a bad cast and was reeling it in and got slammed. I caught over 20 keepers in a 200 yard stretch just slow reeling it in. Ended up winning with 17 and change doing that.

Dude, all I do with a swim jig is stroke it. Other guys are having crappy days and, I'm catching reaction fish. I do the same with the Ned. I'll drag and hop it at first but, then the snapping starts! they can't resist it. They are rarely hungry but, they are always angry! Haha
