Yeah could be a biological male with AI attached to his brain. It's a very plausible scenario in the next 30-40 years. Plus we are getting in the special zone of 2000 years after the crucifixion, in 2033ad, and 2000 years after the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple in 2070ad.
There's a good chance the apocalypse occurs somewhere between these dates. The tech will be available. And climate change is radically changing the planet according to scientists.

God, I pray for this world, I pray for every single person in this world right now and in the future that doesn't know you, to know the free price of salvation. The beast is a religio-political power and will deceive many because it will imitate Christianity yet be incongruent with the law of God, the Ten Commandments. There is only one example of such a beast in modern day. One who intermingles with the other beasts of the earth. Who influences and is influenced by the governments of the world. The antichrist will come from the papacy and its mark is Sunday as a day of worship, contrary to the biblical Sabbath (Saturday). They themselves state as follows, “Had she not such power, she could not have done that in which all modern religionists agree with her - she could not have substituted the observance of Sunday the first day of the week, for the observance of Saturday the seventh day, a change for which there is no Scriptural authority.” Stephen Keenan, A Doctrinal Catechism [FRS No. 7.], (3rd American ed., rev.: New York, Edward Dunigan & Bro., 1876), p. 174.
The mark of the beast will be a Union between church and state to establish a forced day of worship contrary to Gods law. Daniel 7:25 states “He (the antichrist) will intend to change times and laws” the only commandment that refers to time is the Sabbath. We should not be confused on this topic. The Bible is crystal clear. And yet many are already now deceived keeping the wrong day of worship. Get in the Word and compare scripture with scripture. Not scripture with what your pastor says or your friend or the news or the internet or what someone on RUclips says. Don’t take my word for it. DYOR with the guidance of the Holy Spirit. God bless!
