Splayed Hackle Tarpon Fly

Here is a nice pattern to use for tarpon. You can mix it up a bit with color, and you can add less material if you prefer a sparser fly.
You'll need:
Yellow Grizzly Neck Hackle
Olive Saddle Hackle
Olive Arctic Fox Hair
Olive Thread
