🙂👍Weight loss karna hai to 3 chiz pe focus hona chaiye, waise to aur bhi chize hai but ye 3 main chiz hai, hopefully help kare aapko:-
1. Calories deficit karo, yane ki jitna aap abhi kha rhe calories uska aadha khao, aur jyda se jyda greem vegetables khao baki chizo ke comparison mein.
Phone, tv ya fir koi bhi distraction ko khana khate time band rkho, isse aapko pata hoga ki kitna aap actually mein khana Chate hai nai to over consumption ho jata hai hamare jane bina.
2. Workout do chizo ka consumption hona chaiye ( hiit+ strength training) spot reduction nai hota, pure body ka fat ek sath kam hota hai, punching bag ka use kar skte hai for kick boxing and simple punching.
3. Proper 7-9 hourse sleep jaruri hai for proper health, weight loss and muscles recovery, nai to mentally to problem hoga hi uske sath hi physical problems like weakness in muscles, large tearing of muscles, tendons, jo ki surgery tak ja skta hai, BE SAFE👍
to yai hai kuch tips jo mai apne PERSONAL EXPERIENCE se bata rha, maine bhi weight lose kiye hai, so yeah, aap ye follow kar skte hai👍
