Grille is the creative and driving force behind the Toxic Family. However, Grille had experimented with music from an early age of 13.
What was then still the cassette deck became vinyl in the early 90s. After almost 16 years on vinyl, he took the step into the digital age in 2009. As a computer geek from the very beginning, the advantages and possibilities of the digital quickly became a new, extensive and above all creative source of his work as a music performer. The direct processing of the sounds on the computer has quickly become the new optimum and yet its origins are always recognizable. Because in addition to all the technical possibilities, music is still an affair of the heart for Grille, which he uses to seduce his audience and tell stories.
As an artist, he has been an integral part of Frankfurt nightlife for years. Almost every club in the Main metropolis and its surroundings has already been played by him. He was a guest at the YouFM Clubnight and is at home with his own program on the Frankfurt local radio station Radio X. In Frankfurt's Tanzhaus West he has been one of the resident acts from almost the very beginning and is regularly represented there as an artist at a wide variety of major events.
His sound always impresses with danceability, whether in a groovy warm-up or in the driving prime time. His influences, including those from the 90s, can be heard in his sets. He lets his very own style flow into this and thus always causes surprises on the dance floor. Because for him the wide spectrum of electronic music is a huge pot with a lot of inspiration for his sets.
