They will almost always announce “no flash photography and/or recording devices permitted” but, in 20 years of seeing shows there, I can tell you that it depends solely upon who is on stage. Some acts encourage camera use, some don’t care while others strictly forbid them. My rule of thumb is, “if I see other folks doing it, I feel pretty safe using mine”. Hope this helps.
