Great vid, and it's awesome the amount of people doing this challenge. But holy shit, peoples movement and decision making in a 16 year old game literally astounds me lmao
was thinking the same, so much keybordturning and backpaddeling it hurts to watch sometimes. I also like the dude pulling 5 spiders with his warlock and the only comment he had after dying: "caves dude"

They all die in between 1-20 u have to be very very patience in those levels even bots survive those levels trick is u stay in your start zone until level 8 just farm mobs there until u reach level 8 the next zone is 5-13 so what u do is grind mobs with 2 levels lower then you until level 10 and so dont rush just do that until you get level 13 and move to next zone do same thing dont rush take it easy
Honestly , playin HC u need to be a good player in general, some of these players dont know basic mechanics and are obviously just AWFUL at this game, give it up and play regular.
I think most of them are playing HC just because of the stream. It's funny for the viewers when it's not the same old thing all the time. That's why there are so many boosters anymore. You can only do the same quests so many times before it gets boring as hell.
The rules and idea of it is solo self found. If you do anything that involves other players - it's out. However the idea of hardcore has been washed away by a shitty hierarchy that made the game much easier by allowing you to group and do dungeons or go do BGs. Almost every verified 60 has not officially done the challenge, they all grouped up and did dungeons which is directly undermining the game mode. Hardcore wow at this point is just glorified regular wow where you can't die. It's not that hard on any class that isn't a warrior. Just do dungeons at max meeting stone level for overpowered gear and coast to 60. Just make sure you record all of it and didn't miss out on a single hour or two - because then your run will be meaningless. The hardcore community isn't a toxic community within itself but the community is a toxic cesspool towards every other way people play the game. Listening to people like grays, nom, kargoz and they just constantly shit on the way other people play the game. They used to bug GMs for verification on not dying and one of them asked them not to because its flooding them with useless nonsense. What did Kargoz do? Literally said the information is readily available and told people to still submit a ticket. This is what kills communities. Instead of just making a game mode where everyone is trying to achieve the same thing. They had to add leaders that change the rules and can tell you that your run is meaningless or give out exceptions on rules. Some how these same people doing the same challenge are above everybody else. It's just a toxic mindset. You can't create a hierarchy essentially making that the face of your gamemode and then alienate yourself by disrespecting the way others play the game and even the GMs themselves.
@@iTzArchitect I agree with everything you said. Changing the rules basically forfeits the challenge. Something that should be as simple as "You play WoW as a single player game." becomes a cluster fuck of modified rules that some idiot invented because "reasons".
@@xXinsaneboyXx When they started the idea was not to be micro-managey but they turned into just that. There's a reason so many people are "verified" now and it's not because the challenge is gaining traction, it's because they changed the rules to make the challenge exceptionally easy. The challenge was hard, using gear that was found on a lucky drop or bought from a vendor is signficantly worse than dungeon gear. It makes all fights more challenging and makes the challenge all around harder. Rule number 4 even says the gear you get should be solo found/self crafting yet nearly everyone who was "verified" grouped up to do dungeons to get gear. These death clips over time are increasingly worse because there's no hype surrounding it. Imagine allowing groups in a SOLO game mode.
Ive done this challenge a lot on a warrior. 1-6 i do in 30 mins, 6-10 in 90 mins. So total played is 2 hrs at lvl 10 on a warrior. And I got it down to a T. So yeah, low lvl deaths are not that bad. I usually die around lvl 25. My CURRENT warrior is 32, which is also my Personal best.
The 1-10 grind is the hardest, after that you can just do dungeons and group up to get overpowered gear. This is what makes hardcore a bit of a meme, a solo self found game mode, that allows you to group up to get over powered geared that is not solo or self found. You're also allowed to join BGs - which is also a group and not solo self found. This is what happens when you introduce a hierarchy into a simplified gamemode.
I really start to hate watching these clips. Being bad at the game but still having fun doing this is one thing, but being bad at the game and playing duo and blaming the other guy is just pathetic.
