And when in play, dude, you won't go back to buying Nike Swingman ever again.

its pretty much the same jersey, just different year runs. In older runs (2020 most likely built in 2019) they have the Nike connect features (discontinued app feature). The late 2020/21 jerseys change the jocktag look and retail tag placement. But its essentially the same jersey

it's kinda the opposite of a football/soccer jersey, the more affordable ones, replica is the more durable ones with stitched logo but heavier material. The authentic one is less durable with the logos only being heat pressed and sometimes the logos on the kit that player used on the pitch came off during a game and you can see some player in the pitch using a kit that have no logos on it
With the authentics they have a little longer length so a size up will make it longer. If you're OK with it, try it. In my opinion, if you go medium with swingmans, go medium with authentic. Also gotta factor in your body type. If your buff or bulkier, maybe go a size up if you want a more relaxed fit in the chest

My girl recently bought me a custom jersey with my name and number. so unfortunately they released in early 2021 and they are mostly sold out. They have limited amounts of authentic version jerseys and it's hard to find at this time of the year. I feel like the only place you could find them now is by resellers on Ebay and other 3rd party sellers channels

So depending on the jersey (year it was built) it had different materials. The Aeroswift Materials were used for Nike Authentics from 2017-2019. They switched over in late 2019-2020 to Vaporknit

if its your favorite player. I'd save for an authentic. If you get them from the Raptors team store, it'll come with the sponsor patch. The big retailers dont have the patches, so it'll come as is.

Nah a swingman is basically the most basic NBA jersey Nike makes. The fakes are made differently and not made by Nike's factories. The fakes will illegally use Nike's logo to make it look like they made it

I think you'll be alright. Its better to air dry it for longevity purposes. But I don't think (to my knowledge) of it shrinking.

They're sizing is pretty similar. Chest is just a little more tapered on the authentic. The authentic always are so limited, so I know the struggle

I usually recommend going the same size on it. But if you want it a little loose, go a size up. Their sizing is similar

sorry to hear that man. I haven't had to do that yet with my swingman jersey but i've done it on other clothing. I used fabric glue and it held up for a bit. But i'm not too knowledgeable on fixing these.

@@JerseyConnect7 I can wear S, M and L, my body can fit perfectly in all of them, but of course L is so large, and very wide by the collar for me. I wear M on swingman jerseys. (But S is the one that fits me perfect) You know LaMelo Ball right?😄 Well same body build like him, but maybe a little more skinny. I’m 19, and play basketball, probably I will grow a last inch by the end of the year, so I don’t wanna go bad with my choice in size on authentic jerseys man.😉
@@jeancarlolemolle2131 You said small works for you perfectly which is very great thing to know. The Authentic will have an extra 2+ Length. So it sounds like the small will still work for you. BUT, incase you grow or if you build up some height/weight/muscle in the next year, maybe think about a medium. Just a thought. But if smalls perfect, go for it. I'm thinking small/medium, since large is too much in the collar/chest area

Nah a swingman is basically the most basic NBA jersey Nike makes. The fakes are made differently and not made by Nike's factories. The fakes will illegally use Nike's logo to make it look like they made it
