@@madpinoy5683 i mean, feel free to do so yourself. personally i draw my line of roleplaying romantic interests at 18+ (if not older actually). perhaps if there was less of an attempt to make the game immersive (as in making you the main character and choosing the actions) and it was just some romance which can transpire in the game, ok. but there are so many ways this could just turn out weird.
I agree wholeheartedly. She is my favorite character because she is so cute. I would follow her anywhere. Whenever I see her in the game, I want to take care of her.
She's very sweet and caring for animals. That is why I didn't hesitate to antagonize the students who tried to bully her. She's too precious to my character (2nd to Mirabel Garlick ;) ). I hope the devs add an option to romance her in a possible sequel.

Well for those who wanted romance between the character and Poppy: Just before MC and Professor Fig stepped into the passageway once the the way was clear, MC heard Poppy call his name and the two of them turned to see her rushing over. Poppy, concern in her eyes, asked if she and the others, including all of MC’s new friends, can help though MC insisted that he didn’t want to endanger them. Tearing up Poppy asked if they will see him again. With a pause and a glance at Professor Fig, MC sighed “Probably not, no.” Biting her lips Poppy spoke “Then I will never need to live this down.” Standing on her toes she pulled MC in and kissed him on his lips. MC was stunned but he began to kiss her back. Now more than ever he was determined to make it back alive for her.
I never understood Slytherin/Hufflepuff friendships but in my playthrough with my male Slytherin character… I vowed to protect Poppy at all cost! Shes such a delight and sweetheart!
Have you ever wondered why the developers of this game chose the fifth year of study, while at Hogwarts you study seven years? Yes because they expect to do a trilogy in the future and this part is just the seed for the future parts, and therefore will mature all the characters that we met in this game and I hope that in the next parts, Poppy will be a romantic character, so say this part of your friendship is budding, but then it can go to a lot more.
@Mr. K For you, perhaps I am not interested in her, for me, Poppy made the best impressions in this game, although I usually prefer girls of a different type, but she is one of the few exceptions and if in future parts she becomes a romantic interest for the main character, she will become one of the main romantic interests for him and maybe the only one.

Hufflepuffs are charming, bubbly, goofy, clumsy, but all are endearing traits. Most Slytherin are so strict and more concerned about Toujour Pur. Gryffindors give me an air of snobbery if the Marauders are anything to go by. Ravenclaws like myself are bookish and nerdy.
Hufflepuff House has Mirabel Garlick, Poppy Sweeting, Newt Scamander, Nymphadora Tonks, and Cedric Diggory. It's obvious Hufflepuff gets all the cuties. 😏
I loved Poppy and in my headcanon over time their friendship grew into something more until they got married and had a big family. (I really would have liked some romance option in the game but other than that I thought it was a very good game, and I will enjoy playing it again and again but now in different houses).

I love Poppy's character, and I think it's a shame that the developers purposefully excluded romance options because the characters are "underage." Teenagers are allowed to start having feelings. It's part of growing up. I had plenty of friends who were dating at 12-13, even if it was just telling a person you liked them and going to the movies. It also doesn't make sense canonically considering Ginny had a crush on Harry at 11 and Harry stared liking Cho at 14, not to mention the Hogwarts Mystery game has a romance option. I really hope they reconsider adding the option for the sequel, because I'd choose Poppy or Ominis.
I had a feeling Poppy would play a special role in this story and possibly more stories to come just like Natty did. Don't get me wrong, Natty is a good soul, a spell buddy, and loyal friend. For me with my character, I find that in Poppy but more.
My favorite side quests were with Seb and Ominis, but my favorite companion will undoubtedly be Poppy. My third character will be a Slytherin, and I'm going to be mean AF to everyone *BUT* Poppy. And probably Zenobia as well. That kid is a psycho, I'm telling you. **shudders**

I just wish this game didn't include all the stuff that "needs" to be in a "modern game". I mean this MC breaks the dress code of Hogwarts and would look like a dork in other students' eyes. Also the open world with a completely lawless land around the school for some reason with murderers everywhere. This game would've been so great without all the illogical dumb stuff. Christ it would've been better as a corridor game with only Hogwarts being open world.

It's part of growing up. I had plenty of friends who were dating at 12-13, even if it was just telling a person you liked them and going to the movies. It also doesn't make sense canonically considering Ginny had a crush on Harry at 11 and Harry stared liking Cho at 14, not to mention the Hogwarts Mystery game has a romance option. I really hope they reconsider adding the option for the sequel, because I'd choose Poppy or Ominis.

I had a feeling Poppy would play a special role in this story and possibly more stories to come just like Natty did. Don't get me wrong, Natty is a good soul, a spell buddy, and loyal friend. For me with my character, I find that in Poppy but more.
My favorite side quests were with Seb and Ominis, but my favorite companion will undoubtedly be Poppy. My third character will be a Slytherin, and I'm going to be mean AF to everyone *BUT* Poppy. And probably Zenobia as well. That kid is a psycho, I'm telling you. **shudders**

I just wish this game didn't include all the stuff that "needs" to be in a "modern game". I mean this MC breaks the dress code of Hogwarts and would look like a dork in other students' eyes. Also the open world with a completely lawless land around the school for some reason with murderers everywhere.
This game would've been so great without all the illogical dumb stuff. Christ it would've been better as a corridor game with only Hogwarts being open world.
I don't agree but we all have our own opinions. If we were confined to Hogwarts with rules and such I would not have liked that at all.
