Yeah I can't sleep with earbuds in and it's very uncomfortable to lean against my pillow with earbuds, so it's annoying to have to take them out every time you are about to fall asleep lol. Usually wake up to my phone having fallen off my chest onto the floor or with some 5 hour asmr video that got turned on through auto play lol

Sometimes my ears need a rest. I due my headphones too much and some ASMR no longer produces tingles, so avoiding headphones is a good thing
