Hi. May i ask if this is the same rice noodles they use for Pho Bo in Vietnam. I really miss eating pho bo with that yummy rice noodles. Pls let me know. Thanks.
Hi Raymond. This is not the noodle for Pho Bo. The noodle in this video is thick more like Japanese Udon. We serve it with pork or chicken broth. Here is the link for the noodle you are looking for amzn.to/3vCAzYB. However, if you are close by any Asian/Vietnamese Supermarket you can get fresh banh pho, it is easier to cook.
@@WeekendMeals8 thanks for the quick reply and for sending me a link. For now, its lockdown in our area and i can hardly go out to the nearest asian supermarket to get fresh banh pho. Thanks again.

Hello, Thank you for the question. I don't think potato starch will give you the chewiness texture to the noodle. I hope you can find Tapioca starch. Good Luck!
@@WeekendMeals8 Hello, rice flour is not available at the moment. Can I try it with wheat flour? I don't want it to be the same taste, I just want to see the texture. Will it be the same?
Great simple recipe thank you

Thank you!
Is there any measurements of water.
How much rice flour,
And tapioca.
That will be much easier to get the rice dough texture correct.
Thank you.
