FYI, KC-135's are not 707's. the KC-135 was developed from the Boeing 367-80 prototype and was in production before the 707's...the Boeing civil number designator for the KC-135 is Boeing 717; The original intent for Boeing was to run the KC-135's and 707's off of the same tooling, which would have had the 707's with a narrower fuselage with a 3 seat, aisle and 2 more seats, but to compete with Douglas's DC-8 with 6 abreast seating they widened the 707 to allow for 6 abreast seating. KC-135's and 707's are related in that both were developed from the 367-80 prototype which is now in the Air and Space Museum at Dulles airport...The model u have depicts a KC-135R with the uprated CFM56 engines. Hopefully they come out with models of the original KC-135A's with the J-57 turbojets...
